What a terrible establishment! The woman who greeted me was incredibly brusque, and the man who cut my hair was unkempt, rough, and just not good. My haircut is super simple: a Mohawk. Literally, just a 0 on both sides. He hurt my head because he was so rough that he actually turned me in the chair accidentally and scratched the sides only my head. To add insult to literal injury, he left an entire 1" strip untouched. So I've spent $30 to just have to cut it myself anyways. I won't go back because of his roughness customer service is impossible to get through to. I want a refund and nothing else. Horrible!!! read more

called before going there to make sure someone there was able to cut my hair dry as I was coming from getting a keratin done, they said they could and when I arrived a person by the name of Noel helped me (if you can call it that) I showed him a pic of what I wanted as my hair was already short ( cutting it for donation) needles to say he completely butchered my hair to the point of it almost being completely shaved off. left in tears amd now have to wait for my hair to grow back before I can have someone attempt to fix the damaged done to my hair. To say that I'm upset is putting it mildly. I went in today for a simple inverted bob with a tapered back to the nape of my neck. I showed two photos and told the hair stylist that i wanted the front length in the middle of the two photos. He never swiveled my chair to look at me from the front, he never tried lining up my hair from each side, then wasn't even going to dry my hair. When he finally did, one side of my hair was an inch longer than the other side. I have wavy/curly hair and he left a lot of my hair curly when I told him i wear it straight when I have it cut in this style. I got home and tried to salvage the style by blowing it out appropriately and the hair is different lengths and way shorter than requested. The back is not a tapered style, it's completely straight. If this stylist wasn't comfortable with the cut he should have said so. I would have gladly rescheduled with someone more familiar with the style. He's inexperienced and needs A LOT more training. read more

I was debating whether or not to write a review, but I just felt like this was needed. I came in for some side swept bangs and layers and came out with what looked like my same hair. The hairdresser spent about 2 minutes cutting my hair which had no layers at all and then blow dried my hair for the rest of the time. I felt like I wasted 50 dollars when I could've went somewhere else, I was confused during the process because I thought the cutting would take more time but it literally didn't take time at all especially when I asked for layers. I will not be coming back again. To anyone reading this, please make sure you're hairdresser understands what you want before they touch your hair. read more

Supercuts shame on you! Brought my 9 year old daughter in for a hair cut and to dye the tips of her blonde hair pink. Not only was I charged $200 but the dye was gone in 4 days after only 2 washes, the first was over 48 hours after the color treatment. I complained and instead of the owner reaching out to me directly to gather all the details, he decided to 'school' me on the price of the services I got, which included foils, and there were no foils that ever came near her head. He also sent me a photo of the maintenance instructions for color, assuming it was my fault....all via email. Once he had the corrected information he offered to color our daughters hair 'free of charge'. No thank you, she has zero interest in returning to your salon. Now they are offering me a refund of $80 out of the $200 I paid. Really?? So essentially I paid $120 for a haircut for a 9 year old?? Straight across the bottom....not styled, not layered, not dryed, nothing. All this was through the manager who was given zero authority do anything because she kept having to go back to the owner to see what she could do. Tom never reached out to me directly himself. I've had hair down to my hips my whole adult life. I asked for the simplest cut imaginable: a trim. ONE STRAIGHT LINE, ON STRAIGHT HAIR. No layers, no style, three inches max. Not only did I end up with over ***eight inches*** gone...but it literally looked like a blind toddler cut it (see pic). My hair is very fine/thin and the stylist also attempted to "blend" my bangs by thinning out the bulk of my hair even more (I stopped her right away, so there's an awkwardly chopped piece in front, not shown). I was horrified when I took a good look at it. Sadly, this photo doesn't show the extent of the jaggedness because my hair isn't fully fanned out. I felt like it wasn't quite even, but instead of showing me the back she said "Oh, I double checked, but I'll triple check for you." She swore it was straight. When I commented that it was shorter than I wanted, she said "it needed it." No...healthy hair with regular care/trimming does NOT need an eight inch "trim." I just wanted the ends cleaned up, and left with a third of my hair gone! This woman should not be allowed to cut hair (I wish I remembered her name. I did go to another person who did a decent job here once before). I had to pay for a whole other hair cut in a higher end place to fix it. It will take over a year to grow back the way it was. I couldn't even get a refund because I called five or six times in three weeks and the manager failed to return my calls. Extremely unprofessional, if not downright shady and rude. My three year old was actually very well behaved, despite being scared. The stylist (Kristen) was a real dud. Zero personality, no care or attention to the fact he was scared. It was a poor cut and his hair looks terrible. I would never go back there- only went there out of lack of options and availability at other local salons. A fancy salon haircut at an excellent price! Staff is friendly and service usually prompt. My sister & I used to go to a "higher end" salon and found that we liked this place better. We get a quality cut no matter which stylist we see. They take the time to listen to our needs and look to make sure that we are satisfied every step of the process. They even ask if we like our haircuts when they are done. If you want it shorter, or more layers, they will do that for you, so that you leave with the cut YOU want. When I need my hair cut, this is the first place I think about going now. (5 Stars) UPDATE: Sadly, since I wrote this review, and in 2016, one of the stylists botched my sister's haircut, taking 7" off for a trim. Even though it was a nice cut in the end, she was very much devastated, especially as she wanted it long for her wedding. They did not apologize, nor comp her cut. She walked out in tears. She followed up with corporate, who said the manager would get back to her. The manager never did. I haven't been back since and neither will she return. We went back to our old salon. Prices are higher, but the cuts are reliable. (Reduced review to 3 Stars, because it's Christmas. Otherwise, coal in the manager's stocking would be preferable.) read more

On a whim, I walked into this Supercuts location. My hair was in need of a nice cut, and I was out of town from where I would ordinary get my hair cut. Wow! I was so fortunate to meet, and be taken care of by Lauren at this particular Supercuts locations. Lauren looked at my hair, knew exactly what would look good on me, and went to work. She was completed in about 10 mins., my hair was cut perfectly, and I left a new Supercuts customer! I would love to be a repeat customer, however i live in another state. I will go to Supercuts in my area, and have them call Lauren to find out how to work her magic. Lauren, thank you! You rock! read more
