I have pet rats and when I was at the reception desk I noticed that there were clover flowers in the grass in the parking lot and I asked if they could give me a ziplock bag to grab some after my appointment. Not only did the receptionist give me a ziplock bag, but she did it without making me feel like it was a weird request, and she even seemed happy to do so.
