I was greeted with a warm welcome and the shop has a nice Fall aroma to it. During the session the wax temperature was warm enough to get the job done and not burn me. The PLUS is that the removal was a very low pain level compared to what I'm used to. And know that it has been 2 months since my last wax. She actually got all of it done in less strips too. And yes I was very Silky Smooth. She gave me a sample of her serum to use and educated me on how to use it along with her other products. I told the lady at the front that I would come back later because I wasn't satisfied, and she was incredibly kind and apologetic. Meanwhile, the nail tech who did my nails just stood in the back sipping her Stanley, watching me -- it felt so petty and unprofessional. When I came back, someone else was at the front. I explained the issue, and the nail tech who originally did my nails came and just stood beside him while I was talking, which honestly felt like she was trying to intimidate me. Thankfully, the man at the front sat me down and fixed everything -- and I was really happy with the final result. But honestly, it wasn't just about the nails.
