I have a stylist I usually go to. She was not available. I didn't realize that most salons are closed on Mondays and that was my only day off to get my hair done. So I went here. I figured, I'm only asking for layers and highlights, it can't be that bad right? I brought in a reference photo and told them what I wanted. The cut was great. But the highlights were horrendous. I have brown roots. They gave me these chunky yellow highlights that made me look like a bumble bee!!! I had a man and a woman working on my hair, I was sprayed in the face with water several times, the lady claimed to have a bad arm so she made me brush my own hair and didn't finish blow drying my hair. She did not style it either and the whole thing cost me $180. I will admit. I still payed them and did not complain. I'm not a confrontational person and I didn't have the money to fix it anyway so I went home and tried to style it myself. I was trying so hard to be positive but at the end of the day I was so so so embarrassed. I felt like my hair looked worse than it did when I went in there. The next day, I called off work to get it fixed at a different salon (Velvet Lab Hair Studio, Chris W. Was my stylist and she fixed me and made it so so so beautiful) I get my hair done a lot. I have NEVER had to get it "fixed" because it was so bad. I'll be honest, I didn't have a lot of money to get my hair done in the first place let alone twice. And I certainly should not have to pay for making my hair look worse. I went back to Supercuts and I spoke with the woman who cut my hair. I told her I tried to be positive and optimistic but at the end of the day I was embarrassed and had to get it fixed. I asked for a refund. I was sooo nice and polite. She responded to me in a very rude way and said that I "left happy" and if I would have come back they would have had their colorist fix it for free. She refused to give me a refund. I had no intention of writing a bad review. I have never written a bad review in my life. But this woman was rude and inconsiderate. The reason I did not have their colorist fix it was because I simply did not trust them anymore. 2 people worked on my hair and they tried to do something they clearly did not know how to do. They should have just turned me away. I will be contacting corporate to get my refund. *UPDATE* Her boss called me and refunded the full amount for the highlights and were very considerate over the phone. I will consider going back for hair cuts. read more

I've been going here for a while, they're normally reliable but today the hair stylist i had did not even really look at the photo i showed him before he fucked up my hair, primarily the bangs. i told him i wanted curtain bangs like the picture to hide my forehead. He then cuts my hair straight across and says you use normal bangs to hide the forehead and that when i part my hair in the middle it will be like the photo. ‍ idk why i let him keep touching my hair. This doesn't look like shit but it's far from what i asked for. I called the manager privately and i'm seeing her tomorrow to see if she can do anything, she was very helpful and who i normal have do my hair. read more

Well, let it be known to locals here to not get a Wax by Olga at this Supercuts. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. I actually got the worst haircut of my life there last week. I am 68 year's old and I could have gone in my own bath room with a butcher knife and done a better job. I will never ever go back again and I have been there before and taken my grandchildren. It is a sin what happened to me. It is cheap and you get what you pay for. And just because the place specifically says haircuts only doesn't mean anything. My hair looks like it was chopped off with an axe. read more

I have gotten my hair in many places and usual go were the price is the best. This location is close to where I am normally so I have stopped here three times to get my hair cut and once with my fiancé. The stylist are usual friendly and nice but the wait to get a hair cut here is long every time I come I have to wait verses if I go to a barber shop that is full not sure if barber shops are just quicker. The self check in is great because you don't have to wait to get checked in by Someone like at other places. The only problem with this place is that it always busy and not enough stylist to do your hair so the wait is always long unless you are lucky and there is no one inside. Speed speed is the biggest thing with this place. Busy location with a lot of normals so if u call ahead u might have a chance to get in a bit quicker. Also the price is expensive $17 when u can get it cheaper at a barber shop or other hair places,how about coupons or discount cards??? read more

amazing stylist raphael cut colorered and blew out my hair to perfection! super happy with the results. he listened to exactly what i wanted and was kind and respectful. Raphael has also cut my two daughters hair beautifully and they have very thick long hair...his technique is impeccable. staff on board is friendly courteous and helpful. i highly recommend!!! read more

I've given this place too many chances. The people there who give the cuts have no idea how to read the paper or order they're given. I told the woman a 6 on top and a 4 on the sides then blended. And what I got was a 3 all around. Also the hairline was so uneven you could roll a ball down it. Easily the worst hair cut I've ever gotten. I will never step foot in this place again. read more

I've been going to this particular Supercuts for a few years now. Ive noticed a decline in services at this particular Supercuts location in the last year or so. Every time I go there, there is a new manager, the staff is totally different and the service is getting worse! Today was the absolute worse service I have ever gotten. The young lady cutting my hair had no clue what to do when I asked for a "trim" She kept cutting and cutting. She never checked to see if the sides were even. (When I got home, I had to cut some areas, at least 1 inch where she had missed) The top of my head looks like someone had put a bowl on my head and trimmed around it! Oh...and the best part...I just noticed, on the crown of my head, an area that has been cut to about 1/8 of an inch from my skull! So lesson learned, I wont be going back. And be forewarned, if a place like this changes their managers and beauticians as often as they turn on the lights...its a sign they don't know what they are doing. STAY AWAY! read more

Do not get your hair cut here! I showed a picture to the girl who was going to cut my hair and asked her if she could do it, she said yes. It was a pixie cut with a long side swept bang. The first thing she did was chop off my bangs!!!!!! Another stylist stepped in to try and fix it but the damage was done. My hair has never looked this bad in my life! I am devastated! She said the haircut was free. I would not have paid anyway. So now I look like a man until it grows out!!!!!!! I can't even begin to tell you how humiliated I am!!!!!!! I haven't had my hair cut in about a year and it was time for a change. I asked for Jennifer based on other reviews and I never felt more comfortable cutting so much hair off!
