Supercuts is a chain, and as with most chain facility's the thing that sets them apart is thier people and customer service! Came in for monthly haircut with Samira. She does a great job. I have never liked haircuts, I think the main reason is that I always come out looking skinned up with my hair too short. Samira listens and I really get exactly what I asked for when she's done. I am rating Supercuts, Temecula, Temecula Parkway 5-stars based on the stylists, they have been short- staffed for some time due to covid and all that's come with that, businesses have really struggled and the limited staff that's there are working so hard. They are welcoming and accommodating. Cecily (spelling?) Is amazing with color and cuts! I am however rating the store 0- stars. The store is in need of a Major Renovation. New and more seating. The shampooing area has wallpaper pealing off the walls and in need of new wash bowls and storage cabinets. Towels and Shampoos need to be more accessible so stylist don't have to reach over clients for them. Inventory of products and towels need to be better organized and a new laundry room. New stylist stations and cabinets. The stylist don't have products on hand to use on clients. And a bright new paint on all the walls! read more

When you make an appointment online almost an hour in advance and show up 10 minutes early for the lady to turn around and say it should not have let you made the appointment it's still another 45 minute wait. I should clarify: seniors 60 and over get haircuts for $14. You'll pay $16 if you are younger. Now, for today's haircut: At first, I was upset. I was the 3rd person in wait for a haircut. I figured that I could wait 15 minutes. Nobody told me otherwise. Then, when I presumed it was my turn, a woman walks in from outside followed by a mother and 4 of her sons. They all had put their names in then left the salon then returned to be taken next. Well, that doesn't seem fair. I should have been notified, first, how long of a wait I would have. Secondly, do you think people should sign in then do shopping then return for instant service? That won't work at a restaurant. Why should that work here? However, I'm going to rate this experience 5 stars because Sam, the shift manager, was super friendly and gave me a great haircut just as I had asked. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Today they missed the mark big time. I used the app and scheduled my appointment for 12:45 pm. I showed up at 12:30 pm with no one in the lobby. One lady walked in after me asked for her bangs to be trimmed and she was sat immediately. Now it's 12:55 a mom and two kids walk in, she gets greeted and she lets them know she has a 1pm appointment. I stand up trying to let the receptionist who is on the phone that I've been waiting since 1230 pm it's mow 1:05 and they skipped me. I realize she is on the phone so I stand there waiting as patiently as I can as everyone just looks at me, like what's his problem. Still no acknowledgment so I decide this is a useless cause and I don't want to spend my money here and will not be returning as I don't like needless confrontation with service providers who really don't care about their service. So I just leave as I recommend all of you to do so this way they realize that barbers are a dime a dozen. There are a million barbers waiting for people to spend their money on them. I have been alive for almost four decades and been getting a haircut since I was 5. This was quite literally the worst haircut I've ever had in my entire life. To say that a five-year-old did it would be an understatement. I showed her five different pictures of what my hair used to look like with my old Barber, and this woman still messed it up. I only came here because I was pressed for time and needed to get my haircut early in the morning and they were the only place open. I would avoid this place at all cost if I were you. I do not know who does the hiring at Supercuts, but obviously no one looked at their current work. And it is obvious there is no tryouts first. I went to Supercuts to shave my hair and then I got severe folliculitis on my scalp. I think because their trimmer is not clean. It sucks.

Be prepared to get hosed by this place. Deceptive advertising for sure. They advertise a Super Cuts 3 as a shampoo, cut, and blow dry. Charge is $27.50 and up. Beware of the and up. I was charged $46 for this. I called to complain and was told that Supercuts corporate makes them advertise that way. Blow drys start at $20 and up. When I spoke with Samir's, she justified this misrepresentation as, "where else are you going to go and get these services for $46." She said long hair costs more. My hair is short!....well above my shoulders. She was rude and thoughtless. She said the $27.50 only applies to short, pixie haircuts. I guess 2 inches more of hair justifies another $20. They should let people know what they are going to charge before they perform the services. I don't appreciate the bait and switch so beware. read more

I've been taking all 4 of my kids here for about a year now. Each having different hair types and styles. Between about 4 stylists, we never had a bad hair cut. So I decided to get my hair fixed due to another "highly recommended" salon here in town. Savannah was my stylist and made me feel so much better about my cut and the feel of my hair. I then came back again a couple months later (yesterday) to have my hair colored to what I originally wanted from that "highly recommended" salon elsewhere... let me tell u! Laura is new there yet she made me feel comfortable about getting my hair colored. She did an amazing job and exactly what I asked for! I am so dang happy about the turn out and thought that I should let everyone know, to not always judge the chain salons. Laura told me, "this is their livelyhood, and messing someone's hair up hurts them as well." I have had nothing but positive experiences at this location, and I think hard work deserves acknowledgement. I cannot speak for any other service that they offer aside from hair cuts, but in my opinion, you can receive a quality haircut here, at an affordable price, from down to earth, friendly stylists. I've had my hair cut here once, and I always bring my two young boys (8&12) here. They never disappoint me. I'd like to thank Paola specifically for giving my youngest son the cutest haircut today and being patient with me while I explained exactly the style we were hoping to achieve for my son. It turned out so cute and I could tell she cares about doing a good job. That's what I like. She had a wonderful personality and really listened to what I wanted. Yeah, I get my hair cut at Super Cuts. For a trimmy trim trim, I can't bring myself to pay more than what SC charges. For complete over hauls of my hairstyle, yes, I will splurge and go to a cooler salon. I paid for the extra Tea Tree Experience which touted a head massage and hot towel service. I received neither. The shampoo was tingly, but that's about it. Not worth it, in my opinion. I bought the same exact shampoo and conditioner at Sally (generic, of course) for the same amount it cost for this ridiculous experience. As I'm watching Tabatha's Salon Takeover on Bravo, she was asking a stylist if she cross checked her work. I'm assuming to check that everything is the proper length and that you got everything.... my girl at Super Cuts didn't do that. It was literally snip snap get the heck out of my chair. Sam has trimmed just the right amount off when I was trying to grow it out and cut off 4+ inches perfectly when I wanted a fresh new look.
