Avoid this location. The woman who cut my wife's hair did not listen to her well at all. Not a terrible cut but she had zero patience while my wife tried to describe what she wanted. As the cut went along the "stylist" just got more and more frustrated, and got really close to actually yelling. Like honestly your main job when cutting hair is to listen and be encouraging, not mean and belittling when someone is trying to explain what they want. Lady even snapped saying that "it's been an hour" and the cut started at 15 after and it was 10 till, 35 minutes, not an hour. Okay, I totally get that this is categorized as a men's hair salon, but they do women's as well. Normally, I would not even dream of going here for anything but product, but the guy that cuts my husbands hair is amazing (His name is Nico and he gives my hubby an amazing haircut every time), so I thought maybe I would try to go see him. All I needed was a trim.. MAYBE an inch off my hair which would've brought it up to my collar bone. Nico wasn't there, so I decided to take a chance since it was only an inch of hair.. no layers, nothing fancy. I should've waited. I ended up getting Shamica and when I sat down, I specifically told her what I wanted. I was VERY specific. I said I didn't want there hair framed around my face, I just wanted it evened out and about an inch taken off so I could get my split ends off and I SPECIFICALLY said I didn't want the length shorter than my collarbone. I took off my glasses (I'm blind without these, unfortunately) and she started cutting. It felt like she was doing what I asked, so I said nothing. When i put my glasses back on, it was wet, so it looked okay. I put my hair up in a clip so I could finish my errands. When I got home I washed and styled it and it was HORRIBLE. She apparently had framed my face (somehow without me feeling her anywhere near that part of my hair - the girl that fixed it said she probably did it to cover up the fact that she messed everything else up) and cut it about an inch above my collarbone. There was no layer (which i also did not ask for) that was even and the length was still uneven. She basically gave me a long mullet. I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed the next day, and because of how much she messed it up, I had to take another 2 inches off of it.. so my long growing hair is now a bob. All I wanted was a little trim and I ended up with about 5 inches taken off my hair because of this monstrosity of a haircut. I'm sure if you're a guy, you're probably fine.. Men's hair is easier to cut. But if you're chick, go to Nico or stay away. read more

Good place to swing in for a quick, easy, and cheap haircut. It's almost never busy but I always make sure to call ahead. The girls who work here are friendly and never really do a bad job. That being said, my haircut is extremely easy and low maintenance and takes about 5 minutes once a month to do. Still, the girls seem to remember me when I come in and that's always good to see in a spot like this. read more

I received a regular Men's Supercut. There was zero wait for service, the salon was very clean, and my stylist (Nico) was the best I've had at any Supercuts by far. He paid close attention to detail and made sure I looked my best, all the while being very friendly, personable and professional. I stopped in here purely by chance as I was in the area, needed a haircut, and had some extra time between running errands. I called on a whim yesterday because I desperately needed a haircut before my wedding hair trial today and this location is very close to my house. I booked an appointment for 20 minutes and then of course got caught up in something at home so I was 10 minutes late. No one seemed to mind. I sat for about 5 minutes before I was taken back by Tatiana. Now let me say, i'm usually a really really easy customer when it comes to hair cuts. I walk in, say take off what you have to and that's it. Yesterday, I was in rare form. I blame it on crazy bride syndrome :) Tatiana took it so well and walked me through what she was doing the whole time once she realized I was uneasy about taking length off. I ended up with one of the best haircuts I have ever gotten. The girl doing my hair trial today even said the cut was amazing and asked where I went! It made my wedding half updo look amazing. I went there to get a hair cut at this location and it was horrible. The women kept talking about her personal issues and was not paying attention at all. I could not see what she was doing because I had my glasses off I also put my hat on right away. when I went home my wife noticed that she did not cut half of my head and it looked horrible. i went back to this location for her to fix it, and she said oh, you have to take a seat i have to go pick up our lunch, I don't want them to throw it away. I did wind up going to another location and they fixed it for me. The women that fixed it was the Regional manager and she seemed to feel for me and said that she would take care of it. read more
