I had Sherri cut my hair and it's the best haircut i have had. I will return every 2 months.

I have been here twice now. The first time I went, I had a woman who said she was just covering the store one day a week because they needed help (claimed her main store was somewhere in Irvine). I cant remember her name as its been a month or two, but she was awesome! Cleaned up my hair exactly as I had hoped (I have long in the middle, shaved sides - similar to a mohawk). I just needed some fine tuning, she was on it. I went this last week for my second run and had Jocelyn as my stylist. Very friendly, I want to say that upfront. Friendly and welcoming service and tried her best to explain her technique for my hair set up. Sadly, she destroyed what I had going. I told her upfront my hair is curly but I straighten it, and if she puts water on it the hair will curl up. My hair is now insanely uneven, the very edges are three different length and she cut the middle down at least an inch shorter, and it is uneven at that too. She ended up putting water all over my hair so it curled up and she struggled to work with it after that. To the naked eye it seemed ok at the moment, but once I got home and straightened it, I saw the poor work.. Thankfully my hair grows fast so I can get it leveled back out soon enough.. No one has had an issue with my hair like this before, it just broke my heart is all. read more

My son usually goes to Sharkeys for his car and tv haircut, but we could not make any of the available appointments before the birthday weekends. We decided to do a walk-in at the Tustin Supercuts. The two stylists were occupied but they paused to greet us. All were gracious of his questions and playfulness in the front. Miss Zahra gave my son a wonderful haircut and positive experience. She talked him through the process as she cut his hair and used a hot towel to make sure hair does not remain on his neck and shirt. He itches easily with the tiny hairs. We didn't know what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised. We will return! read more

I take my mom to this location for her haircut. Though it's not the same stylists when we visit, everyone is always friendly and they do a good job of communicating how she wants her hair styled. And they take walk ins which is a plus. read more

Bad haircut on straight, short hair. SHERRY did a hack job on my hair, even though I warned her that my hair would look like "steps" cut into the side if she wasn't careful. She kept saying, "ok, ok." But you know what? It's NOT OK. I look like my hair was cut by a blind person using a weed whacker. I had a photo of hair cut into 3- and 4-inch lengths, but the back of my hair FROM THE CROWN DOWN is only 1/2-inch in length. This is not what I wanted, not what I asked for, and not what the photo showed. DO NOT TRUST SHERRY TO CUT YOUR SHORT, STRAIGHT HAIR. I know this is her livelihood, but c'mon!!!! I have been coming to this location for 7 years, and the service has always been pretty consistent. I only go a couple times a year for a trim, and usually always have a different stylist I've never met; but nonetheless, my hair trims and the customer service has remained good. Location is always clean, walk ins welcomed. There is also a small parking lot, and I have never had issue getting a spot. Pricing is very affordable. Tip: if you call ahead, they can put your name down. read more

just wanted to give a shout out to the assistant manager Lalo! my boyfriend went down to the Supercuts in Anaheim Hills and they screwed up his hair SOOOOO badly. My son got his haircut recently and we showed the woman a picture of what we wanted. She seemed to be having trouble so another woman showed up and "helped." The whole haircut was different than what we showed. My son's hair turned out uneven, blunt edges, longer weird patches lining his face, and the lower hair in the bottom part of his head was a thick patch- looked like a soul patch for the back of his head. $22 plus tip for this nightmare. I actually ended up just shaving it all off using my husband's clippers. Really disappointed. I added a second star because the women were very nice, but the haircut was terrible. read more

I've been going here every two weeks for over five years. They have an appointment system online. I always make an appointment, if the stylist cannot see me even though I'm on time for my appointment I expect them to at least say it's going to be 10 to 15 more minutes, so I at least know how long I'm supposed to wait. Recently I waited for over 20 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me or letting me know how much longer it would be. Ive been coming here too long to not receive that courtesy. I visited this location a couple weeks ago. Everyone is really friendly, clean and they practice social distancing. My temperature was taken and everyone was wearing their masks. The hairdresser, Monique wore a face mask and a face shield on top of that. She did a fantastic job on my hair color. A family member of mine liked her work and booked her for hair color as well. I called into this location to see if they had a wait time and the lady on the pone said 20 minutes so i headed over there to get a hair cut. Staff: very nice ladies. I was greeted and seated right away within 5 minutes of getting there. Setting: place is clean and easy to find from the street. The floor was clean and they had soft music playing in the background. Service: THIS IS WHY I AM ONLY IVONG 2 STARS. the lady that cut me had no idea what she was doing. She has a cosmetology certificate on the mirror, yet she had no idea how to use the machines. I told her i want my hair tapered on the sides and back...she gave me a high fade! Horrible tapering and fading, nothing symmetric, horrible lining, horrible skill-set, very bad results. Walked in for a haircut, the "stylist" asked what I wanted and requested a simple zero fade and a little bit off the top. Apparently the stylist doesn't speak English. She showed zero confidence in the hair cut, did not give me a fade, and quite frankly screwed my haircut up and then got an attitude when I only tipped one dollar. Would've tipped more but the haircut was trash. Will not be returning. The employees need to learn how to speak English and execute a simple fade. I don't think the stylists here are licensed. read more

I went to Supercuts at this location once before and enjoyed my experience (haircut + service). I called to make an appointment and didn't have to wait a long time to get a Supercut. However, this time was different. I checked-in online. That was my mistake. Why didn't I just call like before? It was 11:20am and the earliest appointment was 11:45am. I live down the street, so I decided to leave early because the wait time said it was 0 minutes. I got here a few minutes earlier than my reservation and of course, both hair stylists were with someone (and to make matters worse, they were both just starting, which would be a minimum of at least 15-20 minutes). I didn't get my Supercut until 11:59 am. When I made the reservation through Yelp, it did say that I might have to wait a few minutes. I guess I was spoiled from my last visit, but I'm a little disappointed. I don't mind waiting a few minutes, but over ten minutes is a bit long. Why even make appointments then? I had been on the fence about getting bangs for so many reasons and I decided to go for it I read the reviews for this location and thought to myself I hope I get the girl who has the Frankenstein tattoo just because the review I read was kind of misogynistic, anyway I did get her and I didn't expect her to laugh at my jokes what I did expect was a good haircut and she went above and beyond and gave me the cut I asked for. I had a really great blowout experience at this Supercuts location! It was my first time coming into this location and I came right when they opened at 9 am to get a blowout done since I had my college graduation later on in the day and I have thick hair so I never do my hair to be honest! I just wanted something cute and natural since I was gonna have my cap on during the ceremony.
