I am thrilled to have found Kaitlyn at this Supercuts! I was new to town and tried another "clips" place first and that experience was just terrible - in all ways. I went here to get it fixed - and fix it she did! My wife and I have been coming back every 6 to 8 weeks since - we request Kaitlyn every time and have had no complaints. Believe me, for me not to complain, that's really saying something! Kaitlyn is friendly and thorough and we NEVER feel like she's rushing and always asks what we want beforehand and as she goes. The other staff member we always see, Karin, is very friendly as well. It's a very pleasant experience to get our hair cut here. read more

Worst mistake ever. Went in for an undercut for my thick longer hair. The stylist became angry when I told her not to thin it. She pulled my hair up in clips so tight it hurt,and then threw them as she removed them... wouldn't speak, even after I asked her if she was angry. She said no, but doused my face with water from the spray bottle, after insisting that my hair should be cut dry. She whipped my hair all around, and angrily tried combing the ends with a fine tooth comb..ugh.. Don't go here. I never will again. I've never been treated SO BADLY. Even after putting curls in when I got home, my hair won't hold a curl at all! Chop job! I'll need to go somewhere else to fix this mess. I'm just sick over this. My hair is ruined. read more

Person with green hair didn't cut my hair right, touched my hair for like 10 minutes and only cut the left side of my head, leaving my layers on my right side to be ridiculously long and not what I asked for, it left my entire haircut uneven. Then proceeded to ask if there was anything else that I wanted done, I pointed out 5 different areas where they had missed and they seemed annoyed that I kept pointing to the multiple pieces of hair they missed as if it's not their job to cut hair, if I wanted an half assed haircut I'd do it myself not pay someone $20+ to barley touch my head and expect me to tip them, I have been at this location more than once and this is the only stylist that has given me a bad haircut. I took my three-year old here because we received a coupon in the mail. In the past, we went to an overpriced kid-specific shop in another town. This is the last time I do that because Supercuts was pretty great. Short wait for a mid-day, mid-week walk-in. I decided to go for it and get about 4-5 inches chopped from my daughter's hair. I could tell the stylist wasn't too used to being around kids, but she did really well, nevertheless. And... we are super thrilled with her haircut. No qualms, and if we did, they offer free fixes. Super irritated. Came to get the underside of my Mohawk cut. Firstly I wanted it buzzed w/ a Zero. As in, down to the scalp. She used a higher guide # anyways. I let her proceed until she lopped three chunks of the long part of my Mohawk off the side. I immediately asked the person to stop you just cut another long chuck of hair. She denied it, so I picked it up off the floor and asked what this several inches long piece is doing here then?! She said she didn't do it. I asked for the other person to come out and fix it. When I say you can't polish a turd I mean it. The line between my Mohawk & undercut is so rugged, I'd have been better off doing it myself & saving $30. RUN for your life! These ppl will destroy months possibly years of your hard work. I really hope the owner & the stylists seek more education or possibly a new career if they just don't love cutting hair anymore. I actually had a great experience and cut this past weekend. I just wanted a simple trim with some long layers and Irene did exactly that. I had about an inch of dry ends so she made sure to warn me that she would need to cut at least that amount. I appreciated the heads up. I knew it was bad, and she brought my hair back to life. I do not recommend this place. The older caucasian stylist I got was rude and not welcoming at all. I asked for a trim and layers in a v shape. She gave me a trim and the v-shape but no layers looked liked I had my 10 yr old do it from home! I asked if she could do the layers and she got snobby and said I asked for a v-shape. It still looked bad after she was done! Very unprofessional hair cut! Never going back. Hopefully I can find someone to fix her mess! read more

Zero stars. I went here after having a good experience at the tualatin one and when that location closed they encouraged customers to come to this one. My experience here was terrible. I came in just wanting a trim all around and off my layers. The haircut took less than 10min which was a bad sign, but I've had really talented stylists in the past take that long so I didn't think anything of it. When the lady was finished she didn't double check to make sure that the layers on both sides were even but because my hair was still wet I couldn't tell how bad it looked. After getting home and seeing the chop job I got, I had to schedule with a different place the very next day; I was not going to give this place another chance to ruin my hair more. The other salon's stylist told me, "omg, who did this!?!" before having to re-do the whole cut. read more

Same as the Tualatin location. I have felt like I got ripped off every time I bring my son here. The stylists try to do as little as possible, their work is of very poor quality, and I have to ask them to re-do it several times each time. I never got the feeling my stylist was in a rush. she didn't waste time, but neither did she speed-cut and took time for a lovely blow dry. very happy with the result, fair price. would recommend and will return here next time. it makes me tempted to go in for a cut more than twice a year (that's BIG). read more
