We did our installation in 2022 and have seen our energy bills lower than ever before! (We have some shade on our roof so we didn't do the full roof, ~20 panels or so, but it worked out well.) They did the rebate work with the city so our out-of-pocket cost wasn't exorbitant at all. Our household also recently purchased a second electric vehicle so we contacted 512 Solar again, this time for a level 2 charger installation. Once again, 512 Solar was excellent at getting our quote together, suggesting two hardwired chargers that the city does rebates on, and actually getting the work done as well. We have to do the final step with submitting the rebate paperwork to the city, I believe, but that's small beans compared to all the work that JP and Huiyun did for us at the outset. Really happy we went with these folks and will continue to recommend their business!

The original system has been producing about 20-25% less then what we consume per day, on average. Over time we have been under producing by about 10 KWH per day.  Without the additional 4 panels, the system never produced more than 35 KWH per day. With the additional panels, we're hoping that our average daily production will increase from 25 to 35 KWH per day.  That's our target. THE NEW - With the additional 4 panels installed on March 22, 2022, in the last 2 days, March 23,24, we are producing over 40 KWH per day already, which is over the target we were expecting. We know that we will have some low producing days and the average will go down. If the average production per day settles at around the target of 35 KWH, we will be very happy with our investment. Scandalous Unaccountable Liars…read more Can't Trust These Fools. Stay Away! Their crew damaged my roof, made half-ass attempts to fill some holes, and didn't disclose anything to me. Just left my roof with holes draining rain into my attic. A roof inspection revealed their destructive work a couple months after their installation because we had a hail storm and I needed the roof inspected. All they have given me is the runaround and have even begun to lay the groundwork for denying it was their crew.

(I had just lost a lot of food with the old frig and was rather frustrated with it all) It was 9:45pm. It took him 45min to an hour. Fixed the issue in like 15 min and made sure all was well before he left. He knew what he was doing and he explained it as he did. He gave me some information about the breaker and put my mind to rest. Friendly, courteous and just all around great guy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN! We had a 'never seen before' problem with the battery they sold us that left us without power for a night. You would think if we're paying $50,000, they would make sure everything is installed properly! We tried calling and calling them. When our panels were installed, they didn't give us what we wanted. We wanted to be off grid, and to connect our old panels to our new panels. This didn't work out. We were also promised a $15,000 rebate check by Jonathan and Nate. Jonathan told us it would take two weeks. Nate said it would take 4. Now, we're a couple months in and we haven't seen anything. I leave voicemails for the office and I get no reply. I really wish I would've gone with a bigger company with more experience. I feel somethings off here.
