I am talking I found this vacuum in the garage and it had cobwebs in it, hair in the rollers. The Tune Up was something like 50-60 bucks and then it needed a belt for $4.99! They said it would take 2-5 days and they got it done in 1!! I have used these guys before when getting a new vacuum and they were great then, and they haven't changed. This was a $500 vacuum that was still working, so yes, I still want MY vacuum! I got it home and plugged it in and it no longer works!!! I believe they removed parts to fix another vacuum.
