WORST BODY SHOP EVER!!! These dopes are supposedly Tesla certified but they shouldn't even be certified to fix a Tonka truck. The office staff is ABSOLUTE TRASH and they lie directly to your face. My car was taking forever to get repaired due to a simple deer strike. After a considerable amount of time, I called them to inquire about the status of my car. Of course the genius' in the office had NO idea so they promised to call me back by the end of the day. They did not. I called again and they told me when they were reassembling the car the body guy noticed a crack in the inner fender well plastic. I asked more about it and they gave me a long story and reasons why it couldn't be cracked. I then informed them that the plastic liner WAS AT MY HOUSE because it got ripped off in the collision. Add on another week for a part I could pick up from Tesla in five minutes. This was in addition to MULTIPLE calls with MULTIPLE lies each time. F the people in the office and the degenerate working on my car. Fast forward about two months and I had to put the mud flaps on that they failed to do, and I found that the entire fender liner was held in by only three plastic clips!!! The d-bag simply cut the rest and left them, and never replaced the fender bolt!!! Experience?!-nothing but FRUSTRATING! To start, the communication is HORRENDOUS!! After a vehicle accident, they had my vehicle for 23 days-not an issue because I had a rental! When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was told that I had to bring vehicle back to complete "something minor"-that they had already ordered the part, and I was to receive a phone call once it arrived. THREE WEEKS later, and after calling and leaving messages numerous times in between, I called once again-this time extremely frustrated! I was casually told the part was already in- Ohh nice..if that was the case why was I never contacted? Fast forward- I take a day off from work to finally get this job completed. Out of Luck!--I find out that the wrong part was ordered! To make matters worse, a felt the vehicle going to the side- I felt it was off immediately. When I questioned it, I was told, "We don't perform a wheel alignment when a vehicle is rear-ended, it could've been a pothole". Huh?!?!-I WAS REAR-ENDED!! On the contrary, a reputable source states: "A wheel alignment check is CRUCIAL after a rear-end collision, even a minor one, because the impact can easily knock your wheels out of factory specs, leading to poor handling, uneven tire wear, reduced safety, and potential suspension damage". In conclusion, last week I called, to inquire on the name of "that" part that we've been waiting forever, because I was going to take the vehicle elsewhere to get the job completed. Well..what do you know, the part had finally arrived- Of course, nobody reached out to let me know-why should they do that!! My response, "No thanks, I'm taking it elsewhere"! All I wanted was for my vehicle to perform the way it did before the accident. Instead, I was met with poor communication, incomplete work, and unnecessary stress. Had my father truck repair after a tree landed on the bed. Tail gate all miss aligned and multiple areas where metal is showing through. Same old story from this place. A horrible return the truck is a 2015 3500 with less then 20k miles. It was in perfect shape prior to the tree incident. read more

When I say never go here never go here. I hit a deer, so this is the shop I go to. 1 week later my car is ready. I pick up my car to notice I still have dents and looks like they just threw touch up paint of my car. Of course I'm upset ... why isn't the car fixed 100 percent. Isn't that why we pay insurance? The owners wife nasty women on phone nasty in person to the point where my nasty had to come out. Full brown yelling in office. Then she tells me don't talk like this in front of others!!! Why don't want people to know what you do ??? Scammmmmmmmnmmmnnnn I own a business myself and this ain't the way to treat people. They did end up fixing my car BUT the husband told me he had to go through insurance for the rest I'm like ok why didn't they do that from the start? Man doing estimate was rude to me after I told him I need to take estimate to another shop ...and made me so upset I had to step out & call my ins company to complain.. my insurance company sent me here for my van estimate ..you have the right to go to a body shop of your choice .. this man talked to me like I was a child & that I should go to/choose them ..I was upset & surprised at his tone with me and strong arming me with warnings & saying they guarantee their work for a lifetime (& that's for me to find out & compare) so I walked out angry and will never go back .. if he was nicer and polite I would've left in a better way but what a jerk !!! read more

Where do I begin? The staff was incredibly rude over the phone AFTER I find out that I am paying my daily rental car fees with my $250 deposit that I was told by the staff I would get back with the return of the rental. I was told it would take 2-3 days tops and that they are "very quick here". Not only did it take 7 days, but no one had told me from the start that I would be paying my $500 deductible on the day I picked up my original car. Even if I were to not have known that from the start, no one explained it to me in the guidelines and depth that they should have so I was blind sided. Aren't people suppose to enclose ALL details?! I wanted to thank the entire management and crew over at Superior Auto & Collision Center for an amazing job.. I dropped my vehicle off to have my rear bumper replaced with very short notice. They had time constraints to deal with and still managed to go above and beyond. They repaired my bumper, and also buffed all of the surface scratches out of my entire vehicle. They also cleaned and polished my rims and tires. I'm blown away by their attention to detail. I recommend that anyone in the area with bodywork needs come see the crew at Superior... As someone who travels for work, I encounter businesses that fall short of delivering adequate customer service let alone "Superior Customer Service"... Don't trust them at all. My girlfriend brought in a brand new car with 3K miles after a small accident in a parking lot. The entire staff there that I met were professional and got things done very quickly. Once my estimate was done, service was scheduled to begin a little over a week later. I dropped the car off and had a rental there waiting for me. I was given the option of receiving texts to let me know how the progress was going on my repairs. The car was finished 3 days ahead of their estimated date and the car looks as if the deer had never attacked it. They also did a complimentary exterior detail which was awesome. Definitely glad I decided to go with them for the repairs and could not recommend them enough to anyone in the Montgomery area. read more

This place is AWESOME! If I could give more than 5 stars i would! My car got into and accident and I needed my car fixed ASAP because it was my only transportation. They got me in right away! Diane was so nice on the phone and had me come in the same day. The man that looked at my car was so nice and was very good at telling me everything I need done. They gave me the free estimate right then and there.They even have rental cars there right on the spot and they work with your insurance company for you. You really don't have to do anything. They detailed my car so nicely it was better than the day i brought it home for the first time on the lot. They even got some of the scratches out of my car and touched up some paint that was missing.
