The cop summoned the Dama Brothers Autoworks for us. At the accident site we met one of the owners, Ian, who talked to us what to do after he took possession of our car. Ian went above and beyond with helping us with the other driver's insurance which was a little difficult getting in contact with an adjuster. They made sure to make the process easy as possible for us and answered any questions we had. They were super honest and trustworthy in what they do. I would recommend them 100%.

They didn't have the blade which is the replacement key that fits into the key fob and the price was $128 more than what I was quoted. I told them that's not what I was quoted. They were basically like too bad. I told them to deep program the fob and they made me wait. Remember the old bait and switch avoid this dealership at all cost. Decent service, with an okay waiting…read moreroom (need some snacks tho) that has a half dozen lazy boy style chairs w/complimentary water bottles, TV & restrooms. Service takes a really long time tho - oil change/filter, brakes/rotors & NYS inspection took almost 4-hours & prices are VERY high. Staff all around is professional tho.
