June 21, 2018 I was rear ended by a woman whose insurance company is United Insurance Company. When I looked them up to report the accident, every review said that if they could give them zero stars they would because they were so horrible. I had to take my car in to have them give me an estimate and before going in, I got 2 separate estimates and both said I needed my bumper replaced. The adjuster at United said my repairs were going to be $207 because they were only going to repair my bumper and that it would only take 4 hours to fix and would not give me a rental car. They gave me a list of 8 repair shops that they use and I checked them all out and every one of them EXCEPT Superior Auto got horrible reviews. All of Superior's reviews were given 5 stars and only said great things about them so I took a chance and called them and set up an appointment to bring my car in last week on Thursday as I didn't want to go against my insurance and be out of pocket. Yuri and his assistant couldn't have been nicer and immediately said that my bumper had to be replaced but that they wouldn't be able to finish it that week, so they asked me to bring my car in on Monday and said that he would go ahead and start a file on me and order the bumper so that it would be there on Monday and that I would be able to pick up my car on Wednesday. Unfortunately the first bumper was damaged so he ordered another one and that one was damaged as well. The third bumper came in without damages and Yuri called me on Wednesday to let me know and said that he should have it painted and mounted and that I would be able to pick it up Thursday, a day after he had originally promised. He called me again Thursday morning and said that the bumper had been replaced and that I could come pick up my car. When I got there my car was sitting outside and it looked like a new car and they had even vacuumed and washed it, inside and out!! If I could give Superior Auto Body 10 stars I would! In this day and age it's hard to find a business with such integrity and quality work and I am so glad that so many people posted those great reviews for me to see and that I took my car to Superior to have the repairs done and have no hesitation in recommending them to you. We just picked up my wife's 2009 Honda which had been hit while parked in a parking lot. It required a new back door and repairs to several other damaged areas. Yury, the owner, greeted us when we came by for an estimate and was there again to greet us when we picked it up. The work was perfect, my wife loved it and almost didn't recognize the car. This is the 2nd time we've used Superior Auto Body and the reason we came back was because of the wonderful service and repairs that they performed the first time. We have also recommended them to other friends before for the same reasons. I'm just glad I finally went online so I could share my wonderful experience with others. Wow ,Wow ,Wow, for my plastic headlight covers! After driving my well maintained 2001 Audi A6. The only eye sore for many years, were my plastic headlight covers. After going to a couple of places to polish my headlights and money badly spent. Not wanting to spend $400. for each headlight kit, I dealt with it. Thank God I found Yury and his Superior Auto Body! I could not believe my eyes when I saw the work they did! My headlights covers look incredible and brand new. If someone would have told me they had to buy new ones , I would have believed them. I wouldn't recommend any other body shop in Miami other than Superior Auto Body. I first came to Yury when someone hit my side view mirror. I bought the mirror separately and brought my car to Yury to see if he could install it for me. He told me to wait and 10 minutes later, my mirror was fixed. When I asked how much it would be, he told me "no charge". In a place like Miami, where everyone is looking to scam you and make money, this was SUCH a nice gesture on his part. The second time I came to Yury, was for some basic body work to fix scratches on my car. Yury explained every charge and kept me updated on the status of all the repair work. I had done some damage to the rear door and panel on my car less than 6 months after I got it. After some research online I chose Superior Auto Body based on the great reviews I read about them. As everyone else has said, Yury was fantastic to work with. The repairs were done quickly, and my car looks brand new again. Yury found a few small dings I had not even seen and took care of those as well. When I had to go out of town unexpectedly when my car was finished, he was understanding and patient, and great about letting me leave the car there almost a full week after it was finished. I just took my 2010 Hyundai Elantra there after badly denting it in a parking lot--half the door and another dent above the back wheel. He quoted me $350. They worked on it for about five hours. Yuri, the owner, came to me after and said "it's not perfect but I can make it perfect with a new paint job" (I only asked for the dent to be removed on this visit as I did not want new paint just yet due to finances). He then LOWERED the price to $150!!! He said, "I am a perfectionist." The Hyundais are built really strong in the doors so it is very difficult to reach everything, but they did and it looks 20x better. The dent is gone. Yet he still lowered his quote $200. He is an honest man. The place has good customer service. I will be back to finish the paint job. I am so glad I found this place. read more

Last week I was lucky enough to come across this fantastic Auto Shop. I was in need of Auto Headlight Restoration..As I approached the office the Owner Yuri introduced himself. He told me it would take 3 hours for the job. Before I left he was kind enough to walk me through the entire shop so I could see for myself what he would be doing. He explained the entire process before I left. When I returned later I was astonished at how awesome they looked. I just love how my Volvo looks "New" again, besides I have better Night Vision. Took my car to Superior Auto because it got hit in the rear - it had scratches and the paining was pulling off. Yury, the owner, explained that there was no need to change the bumper because it was fixable. He was very nice and got me a great deal including free headlight polish. He also offered me a ride to home when I dropped the car off. I waited two days, and then went back and got my car back washed, with clear headlights, and with a brand new bumper! He managed a find a new one for a very good price and just used that instead of sanding and painting the old one. Excellent customer service, professional business! i had some significant damage on my left front door and had already quoted other two options. Yuri and the guys at Superior walked me through all my options (ALL of them more reasonably priced that the ones I had) and helped me choose the one that worked better for me. The Washingtons The paint on our car was faded and was extremely patchy. It was hard to believe that it could have been restored so beautifully. Yury promised that the car would look like "brand new", and we would be vey pleased with the finished work. Yury was absolutely right!
