I was polite and patient throughout my visit, waiting in line for my turn. When I reached the front and requested assistance with an alternator, I was told to step aside while he proceeded to assist four or five customers who had been behind me. Despite continuing to wait patiently, I was repeatedly disregarded, resulting in an approximately 40-minute delay. Ultimately, I was informed that the part I needed was not in stock. What made the experience especially frustrating was Bernard's dismissive and unprofessional attitude. I did not show any disrespect toward him or call him out of his name, yet I felt I was not treated with the same courtesy I extended. At one point, he was whispering something in another language, and I believe he may not have realized that I am trilingual. I also want to note that I was made to feel as though my time and presence were not valued, while other customers were prioritized ahead of me without clear justification. While I understand that stores can be busy and items may sometimes be unavailable, my concern is the way I was treated and the lack of proper communication and fairness in service. I am requesting that AutoZone management review this incident, as customers should always be treated respectfully and served in a fair and orderly manner based on their place in line. He is a real piece of work.
