Superior auto is a wonderful and professional auto collision place. I was referred to them by my claims adjuster at AAA after I was hit by a car backing up. I was called the same day after my car was hit. They got my rental car situated and I was In and out pretty quicky. They had estimated 2-3 weeks for the repair and since the part came in early they were able to fix my car in a quickly manner. I appreciate the help and amazing customer service provided by Roman. Hopefully I don't get hit again but if for some reason it does happen again I will for sure come back here again. read more

I chose this shop because it was a Mercury insurance preferred shop and I could not be happier. We had a rock thrown at our car and it ruined the windshield and the A pilar. This shop was so communicative and the end result looks phenomenal. Just look at the before and after. They even fixed some other spots on my car that were not a part of the accident. It's just a minivan, definitely not a fancy sports car, but it's our family car and we love it, and I'm so glad this shop took their time with our car. Their pride in their work truly shows. I want to share my excellent experience with the amazing professionals at Superior Auto Body! My car got hit in the bumper while parked and luckily the individual took responsibility for the accident. I first spoke to Celia who was very helpful and gave me my options. She answered my questions and concerns with details to help me decide. I would greatly recommend to everyone to take your car here because you get treated like family. When I picked up my car which I was told would be 3 days, I was really surprised to see the quality work. They definitely went above and beyond and their quality craftsmanship shows. If you try to speak up for yourself and a mix of prices they will no longer serve you. More than unprofessional, so disappointing considering I went here for years. I'm a young woman and need to advocate for myself if I feel I'm not getting what I was promised. After trying to get answers as to why my seatbelts weren't fixed I was then left a long voicemail with more attitude than a teenager saying I can have the seatbelts and find someone else to do it. I could care less for free give aways, seeing I was given an attitude and free item I know he messed up. (I didn't pick up the seatbelts) I worked in customer service for over six years and have never spoken to a customer the way he did. If you don't want your price changing and outcome changing between drop off and pick up I'd recommend anywhere else but here. read more

Once my claim went through superior took the ball and ran. Handled the insurance end and did a great job with the repair & paint. Picked up the car on 10/12/23 must be some kind of turn around record. The car was returned repaired washed and vacuumed. Great job. I have been going to this location for over 12 years. I've always dealt with Hans, who is so kind, very informative and gets back to me quick. I brought in my brand new car and for the first time ever dealt with Sammy. Needless to say, I will never return to this location because of him. He didn't like how I reacted to a price which clearly all I needed was a breakdown of why it was so high. He gave me an option of not paying his mark ups but I can never return as a client. My entire family has done business with this location which he threw in my face, how classy of him, so I was shocked he ran the business like this. I paid my bill in full, and will never return to this location of his trash attitude and how he runs things. If you do decide to go here, work with Hans and Hans only. Dishonest. Liars. Thieves. I had a 71 Volkswagen square back I was having repaired and painted here. I was going through a divorce and my ex had recommended the place. I went and spoke with Sammy the owner and explained the situation and gave him my number. I explained it was MY car and told him we would discuss it and to talk to my ex and give me call. The car had no windows or exterior trim. It was all at my exes house. He then conspired with my ex and knowing I was in California and my mailing address was in Arkansas proceeded to Lean sale my car. Being in California I never had a chance to read the lean before they took the title and my ex told me all of the parts I left at the house were gone. Lied to my face. Stole my car or gave it back to my ex. I don't know. I just know they took advantage and helped my ex in his campaign to further destroy me. Instead of being honest businessmen and staying out of domestic battles. They sided with him and stole my car because he gave them a lot of business. Don't recommend. I hear they do good work but they really did a job on me. My dad always told me when someone shakes your hand on something doesn't come through they should not be trusted. Amazing service! 1St time involved in an accident. Let face it no one wants to be in involved in this situation it's frustrating and annoying. Never been to a body shop with this type of professionalism. I gave them my name and they already had my info from my insurance. Schedule an appointment for inspection, once approved by my insurance, they called me to schedule a drop of date. Drop my car off on a Monday, best part of this was Enterprise was next door to them (walking distance), No wait and did not need to ask for a ride.!! Just Perfect. I initially took my car in for an estimate because they were an approved auto body shop for my insurance company. The estimate took several hours longer than I was told. The communication was horrible and they completely ignored my emails and phone calls. I did not get my vehicle repaired here so I don't know the quality of work. I have been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now. I am very pleased to be able to report that the San Fernando Valley does have a reputable and high quality, customer service-oriented body shop. I was advised to use this auto body repair business by my insurance company to repair damages from an accident back in April of 2009. The damage was pretty severe and I wondered at the time if my car would ever be the same. After a month I got my car back and only had to take it in one time to have the door handle re-aligned. But in the early spring of 2011, I went to use my air-conditioner only to learn that it no longer blew out cold air. After consulting with my regular mechanic, I decided to take it back to Superior because the air-conditioning compressor, which is what my mechanic identified as the problem) was one of the items replaced after the accident. Superior first tried to get away with just recharging the system (even though my regular mechanic had already tried this). When I brought it back with the problem persisting, they not only agreed to replace the compressor immediately, they put me in a rental car (at their expense) for the 2 days the job would take! I did not choose to do business with Superior Auto Body but am happy that my insurance company sent me there. Alex (female) my service rep was always very patient and courteous. All of you answered my crazy questions (yes, customers have MANY of those), walked me through the entire process, gave a legitimate timeline and always greeted me with a smile. My auto wasn't ready by the time I had to go out of town (rain delayed the painting - Mother Nature's doing), but you even offered to pay for my rental for a week even though you weren't under any obligation to do so, just because it wasn't ready when you said it would be - amazing. Although I would have preferred not to have to use an auto body shop in the first place, when someone collided with my car on the freeway, AAA advised me to go there. It's a big shop and they were able to get to my claim right away. The work was completed in the estimated timeframe and the car was delivered to me looking like new. Another great experience! This shop takes pride in their work! I got rear-ended and went through my own insurance to get the damage repaired. We had had good experiences with this shop before. Hans took on the job and dealt with the back-and-forth with the insurance company to get approvals for what they needed to do the job properly - not always easy. He kept me up to date on progress. We've now gone to Superior over many years for several collisions and a cosmetic-only paint job. Sammy, Alex, and Hans have each taken good care of us - dealt with the insurance paperwork when applicable, and given us good prices and great service and quality work on the non-insurance work we had done. My wife and I are both happy to recommend them - before a friend of ours sent us to Sammy we had suffered from substandard paint work and peeling clear coat from work done by a shop referred by a dealer we had bought a new car from. Our friend's experience and now ours over a number of years and jobs line up to a strong recommendation for Superior. We live in Woodland Hills but its well worth crossing the valley for us not having to worry about whether the job will be done right. read more

Allstate refers to it as their premier shop, ( not sure why ) Took my truck after an accident to replace 2 doors, fix minor bed and wheel damage, Communication is bad, a promise was made to call with updates, did not happened, I had to call, when finally came to pick my truck, the color in the repair areas did not match at all, it was awful, they forgot to paint the gas door, They said it will get even as paint got older, REALLY!, I I gave them a second chance to correct it, they tried to "Mickey mouse" it, and the only thing They did is repaint the bumper, never removed it as they said they will, masked off and painted, depreciating the value of my truck, also the VIN sticker was taken out and 5 months after, still in order? when I called back they did not care of the outcome of all of this, the manager was never available, I am writing this review not only for the terrible paint job, mainly for the lack of quality of the final product and disregard for the customer, Very disappointing read more
