I came here to get my Silverado painted.they did a good job on my paint job but did a horrible job after putting things together.first they broke my dash board.it was cracked.he said he will fix it but he needed to order the part.I left and a couple of days later my bed liner flew off on the freeway.they forgot to bolt it back on my bed.he said he will fix it but he had to order the bed liner.it's been 5 months and nothing.I called him and he said I'm looking for it.1 month later I texted him and nothing,crickets.this shop doesn't keep there word.he talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk.now I believe his life time warranty he will not honor it.people go to another shop ,there is many don't make the wrong choice.it's not worth it going here.a man that doesn't keep his word is nothing.he will probably respond to this post and give his excuses and lies.don't believe that.it means nothing.I even told him I will take him to small claims court.no response.there are many shops out there. read more

I got rear-ended by some fool not paying attention, but fortunately he had insurance. I looked for a body shop in the neighborhood, did some research, and came upon MP Auto Body. I drove in and met Ray, who explained what they'd do, what was entailed, showed me some of the other way more in-depth projects they're working on, and gave me confidence these guys can do the work of my seemingly more simple repair. Then I had to deal with the insurance company. This is where Morgan went to bat for me. He helped negotiate with the "other guys" insurance company, told me,a based on my issues, what parts I would need to have top quality repair, and helped me deal with the insurance to get it done. Morgan refused to accept the insurance co.'s short-cuts and made that clear to them! The result was to my benefit, but not necessarily to MP Auto's profit or benefit, but that was secondary to their goal... Morgan was more concerned with doing a quality repair and making me happy than a few extra bucks or pissing off the insurance company! In the end I got an outstanding repair, the car is actually looks and functions better than before the accident, and did it on time and didn't cost me any money out of my pocket! They detailed my car, took care of the rental car return and made me a very happy customer. The service I got was the service you'd expect from a high-end jewelry store, not an auto body shop! My 2018 Mazda 3 needed a bumper replacement along with the right headlight. I originally went to shops in Santa Clarita where I live and they took 2-3 days for an estimate, along with the outrageous price and time they would need to repair my car. Day 1: I took my 95 Ford Taurus to get an estimate for a broken rear bumper. The receptionist took pictures and she said she will call me and let me know ant the quote. Day 3: I didn't receive call I went again and she said she don't have the quote and suggested me To call Morgan, I asked him if he can give the quote today, he said he's busy and asked me to come next day 12:30. Cars are his passion and he takes pride in doing excellent work. Here's what happened: I had a minor fender bender and, after reading the yelp reviews, decided to go to MP for one of my estimates. His price was the lowest. Morgan came to my work to pick up my car and we agreed he'd keep it for a few days. I pointed out some additional damage to a different part of the car and asked him to call or e-mail me a quote about the additional damage. I didn't hear back from him, and I figured he forgot. When I went to pick up my car and I mentioned I never heard back from him, he said, "yeah, it was minor, so I fixed it for you at no additional charge." Mind you this was a totally different part of the car than what I was paying MP to work on! My three-year-old car looks the best it has looked since I bought it. I had an encounter with an orange cone left behind in the middle of the freeway by a city employee, there was damage to the front of my Corolla and another body shop declined making the necessary repairs, claiming there were previous badly done repairs to the same area. Their estimate was in favor of my insurance. I ask them if they can recommend another body shop where I can take my car. They gave me Morgan's name and phone number. Morgan knew how to navigate, properly done with insurance system. There were 3 weeks of miscommunication among insurance, Morgan and me. However at the end Morgan successfully was able to collect all the information for my insurance to accept the estimate he presented. My car was ready in a week after insurance approval. Morgan, Tommy and crew did a wonderful job in my car, looks like new. I highly recommend this body shop. I will come back if I need to. This place is horrible, unless you have a second car and don't mind waiting 3-4 months to pick up your car and even then it might not be 100%. I have taken my car here twice, I know shame on me but the first time I took it they just took 2 1/2 months to get my car back I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so the second time I took them my car it took them almost 4 months to get my car and they forgot to place all the screws on my hood latch so the hood of my car flew right open in the fwy after I contacted The manager he said the screws must have rattled off, he took the car to fix, another month and a half went by and I went to get my car and it wasn't even ready like he said it would be my car was out in the streets for probably the whole time next to the trash bin and the trash bin doors open on top of my cars hood, wow he really took care of my car, finally I took my car, he was insistant to leave it one more day but I had enough at this point drove my beat up car home and noticed that my cds my car jump starter battery and all my change including the little tray was missing from my car. so don't take your car to this horrible place that wont care about you. watch out for manager he is a good talker/bullshitter be careful. read more

Took my 2016 Acura ILX to be repaired at MP Auto Body after being rear-ended. The vehicle never got repaired, sat at the shop for 10 days until I decided to pick it up and take it to another body shop. Upon pick up on October 27, I noticed damage to my front custom license plate, frame, and bracket. The owner Morgan said he would take care of the cost to replace these parts. Now nearly a month after sending him all the receipts that I already came out of pocket for, still no payment! The icing on the cake would be the parking ticket I received in the mail that I knew nothing about. The ticket was given during the days while MP Auto Body had my car in their possession. When I picked up my car I was never told about a parking ticket, nor was the paper ticket anywhere to be found. Contacted Morgan and he promptly paid the parking citation. I don't like or appreciate these type of surprises, still awaiting payment on plate, frame and bracket. read more

I just want everybody to know that this body shop had my truck for a total of four months to repair the front bumper. He ended up replacing the radiator and the condenser as well. I dropped my truck off at the shop on September 7, 2018. There was no communication between this body shop and myself For the first two months. In fact most of the time when I was calling nobody would answer the phone, finally I got my insurance agent to call and the first story was , Rey, The manager had no details and the owner was not in but he would have him call me. This story kept on for another month and I never received a call from the owner, Morgan . I was told this several times and I never received a call back from the owner. Finally it got where no one was answering the phone. After about 2 1/2 months I finally called my insurance broker and ask him to please call and see if he could find out any information. The manager Ray again told my insurance man that he would have the owner Morgan call and he never received a callback. A few days later the insurance man called again and was told how sorry they were that they were working on another truck that looked exactly like mine and they thought they were working on mine, when in fact they were working on somebody else's truck. After about two more weeks, my insurance agent called the shop again and was told that they found additional parts that needed to be replaced but they needed a claims man to come out. A claims adjuster went out on site and authorize the additional work with in a week. I also received a check from the insurance company for the additional work and I called the shop several times and no one answered, so finally I sent a text message to the owner and advised him that I had the money for him to call me with the balance due and a date I could pick up my truck. The next day I received a call from the owner Morgan who apologized and said that I could have my truck that coming Thursday or Friday but he is not in the office so he could not tell me what the balance due. However he would go to the office and call me with that information. Again two weeks went by with no call back and no truck. I called my agent again and ask him to please call and he said that he had been and they are not answering his calls, but he would try calling them from his personal phone and see if they would answer that, which they did. Ray told the insurance man that the major hold up was the providers of the parts were sending him bad parts and because the truck was so old it was hard to get aftermarket parts. Now let me tell you that this truck is a 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500. Everybody knows this is a very popular truck and you cannot drive 1 mile down the street without passing at least one. Finally on January 4, 2019, I received a call from the manager Ray and he told me I could pick up my truck that day.
