After speaking with a representative, I paid my account in full on the actual due date. Despite this, Firestone charged me $2 in interest and then added a $40 late fee. I contacted them to request that the fee be removed, but they refused. What makes this especially disappointing is that I have been a loyal customer for years, relying on Firestone for oil changes, vehicle service, and tire purchases. Apparently, that long-term loyalty is worth less to the company than a questionable $40 fee. This experience has shown me how little Firestone values its customers. The refusal to correct such a minor and unreasonable charge is frustrating, disappointing, and frankly sad.

When I arrived, I was told that they did not work on my type of vehicle or perform the service I needed. What confused me was that I had been told by multiple people that they had received the same or similar service from this shop. The information I was given beforehand did not match what happened when I arrived. I cannot say why I was turned away, but the experience left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. I would recommend that the shop clearly communicate what vehicles and services they accept so customers can avoid wasting their time.

I dropped the car off today without an appointment, and the car was on a lift within 30 minutes. Jeff explained that the aftermarket exhaust was bolted on rather than welded on. almost before I had time to realize what he had said, Jeff welded my exhaust before my very eyes (I didn't stare at the weld. lol) All said and done, my issue was fixed within an hour. I probably shouldn't mention dollar figures, but the price was a fraction of a typical trip to the grocery store.

They put on a performance muffler with one inlet and two outlets for the tail pipes with chrome tips. Looks good. I like that they weld the pipes instead of using clamps. I went back and had them put a resonator on because of the drone noise inside the cab. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable also. I would recommend Jeff's Pipe and Muffler.
