I ended up standing at the service counter for ten minutes (no other customers were waiting) as one employee talked on the phone and another went in and out. I wasn't mad, but I really wanted to get things started. There is literally another tire place next door, so I left and tried them: they greeted me immediately, got right to work, and sent me on my way.
