Hi I usually hate to leave bad reviews. But I've been trying to get in contact with this company and no one gets back to me or even says hey we are super busy let me get back to you in X amount of time. I had my car in there to repair dents and no one gave any updates and I had to call or text them several times to get any response on when the cars would be done since it was done past the date they originally told me. All of this is fine for a little more time if only there were updates given. But I needed to know since we only had a rental for a few more days. And I wonder if we never contacted them as much as we did if we'd would have been waiting for a lot longer. Now I'm trying to reach someone to finish up the paint they said they would do and no one is responding. We were told someone would be coming out to our house do the paint and no one is responding. The only reason I would not come here again is the poor customer service. It really means a lot to have good customer service. read more

I had two vehicles dented up in the April hailstorm in Marble Falls. I picked this company because of the good ratings it had and I wasn't disappointed. Both vehivles, a Tundra pickup and a Porsche 911 were repaired to new condition. The Porsche especially was a challenge because of the difficulty in locating new tail lights but I am totally pleased with the results. There was also a screw-up on the part of my insurance agency and they paid Superior Dent Solutions twice, but got the issue rectified in short order. I am so happy to be writing this review for Superior Dent Solutions on Labor Day because man did these guys labor over my car, which was absolutely peppered with hail damage over every single inch. When I came to pick up the car, I couldn't believe how great it looked . . . I couldn't find a single dent remaining, not even a tiny one. They got every single one and replaced all the chrome and trim as well. The car looks amazing! I've looked at it in many different lights now and it's perfect. I don't know how they did it. I was able to get my car in for hail damage repair so quickly and AJ walked me through all the steps regarding getting my damage estimated, working with my insurance, obtaining a rental car, and getting all the repairs taken care of. Geico originally worried my car would be totaled, but Superior Dent Solutions worked with them to get everything covered and after a new hood, MAJOR dents removed, and new paint the car looks incredible! They even vacuumed out my car (which was covered in dog hair) and got her shined up before I picked her up 1-2 weeks later. Customer service is the rule, not the exception. Toby Aton communicated with me continuously through the process of getting my car repaired from hail damage. He is super friendly and goes out of his way to be courteous and helpful through the entire process. He expected the car would take 2 weeks to get fixed, he got the car back to me in a week and a half. Incredible Service for Auto Hail Reapir! My family is new to Colorado and haven't yet established necessary connections in the area for needs like hail damage. After months of searching for someone to help me with hail damage, they found me. I had many door to door hail damage providers from out of the state approach me in the first weeks after the storm but was reluctant to use those providers in case there was a need for follow up after they left the area. A few months later I found a card on my vehicle from Brett at Superior Dent Solutions. I checked their reviews and local media coverage and decided to give them a call. After calling Brett he and Toby set up a quick visit to meet me at my office to asses the damage in person. They could not have been more accommodating and friendly and they made the entire process painless by going above and beyond the call of duty. They arranged the rental car through our insurance, met us at Hertz for the car swap, Toby held babies and helped my wife install car seats, arranged the adjuster to review the supplement request so the car could be properly repaired, and delivered the car to our house in Louisville after the repairs were complete in their Denver shop. The car was emaculate. As a dentist I have a keen eye for detail and I couldn't tell there was ever any damage. They are true to their word and truly masters at their art. They communicated well throughout the entire process and I am grateful for their excellent service.
