We set up an install date, but an earlier date popped up and I jumped on it. I cleared the area to be be worked on that morning, and they crew arrived as expected. The project was completed in two days. Silver, Luis, Jeff and Spencer were a great crew. No dilly dallying, and they put protective covers down to protect the front yard and the pavers in the back yard. They wore clearly marked uniforms, and they cleaned up after each day. They were very respectful and mindful during the project. Silver and Luis advised me of what they were doing, and of their next steps. I facilitated their work as much as possible, without getting in their way. Their attention to detail was very impressive, and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Keith was was very responsive and I look forward to working with him in future projects and providing referrals.

They were steady working all day to complete a certain task and kept us fully informed of what was done and plans for the following day. They found issues we were not aware of and repaired them at no cost. All the folks that worked on our project were exceptionally nice, friendly, and spoke fluently. Their costs were very competitive and the solution speaks for itself. We still have a couple of driveways that we will do in the future and will only be using Surface 2 Surface DFW.

He didn't paint behind my fridge as I requested to do on his follow up visit, parts of the ceiling isn't painted and behind my toilet isn't painted either. There's a closet I'm assuming he used to store the paint that has paint splatters on the tile. His work needs to be inspected prior to giving him the full amount. Use at your own risk. We got this recliner from my in-laws some years ago. It's a really well built Lane recliner. But…read moreit's old and has seen better days. We've been talking for a few years about getting it restored. Upholsterers say, "You'd be better off just buying a new one" but we couldn't find one we liked. Arnold, his Dad, and their upholsterers REBUILT our chair and recovered it, mostly in leather. The patterned fabric covers the back too. And they repaired the mechanicals and re-finished the legs. We had agreed that if one hide wasn't enough to cover everything that we would use that fabric for the back and the WINGS on the sides. When they came back and said that still wasn't going to be enough and recommended the sides under the arms, I balked at first. I said the fabric was supposed to be an ACCENT if we HAD to. I felt like this was too much. 1/2 the chair was now fabric. But it was going to add ~$300 for a 2nd hide and my wife thought it would be OK so I relented. I'm glad I did. I don't think this is too much.   It IS as comfy as we had hoped. The mechanism is like silk. It feels good. It SMELLS good. Probably good for another 30 years!
