But they literally kept it exceptionally clean while grinding off the "polyasporic garbage" & cleaned again at the end of the day. They were steady working all day to complete a certain task and kept us fully informed of what was done and plans for the following day. They found issues we were not aware of and repaired them at no cost. All the folks that worked on our project were exceptionally nice, friendly, and spoke fluently. Their costs were very competitive and the solution speaks for itself. We still have a couple of driveways that we will do in the future and will only be using Surface 2 Surface DFW.

No dilly dallying, and they put protective covers down to protect the front yard and the pavers in the back yard. They wore clearly marked uniforms, and they cleaned up after each day. I hired William to paint a bedroom and a small bathroom. The bedroom turned out okay, there were a few minor mistakes, but overall it was acceptable. The bathroom, however, was a different story. I was quoted for priming and painting the bathroom walls, but it was clear that no primer was used. The paint job itself looked rushed and unprofessional, with several areas needing touch-ups. Worse, there was paint splattered on the counters, mirror, door, lightbulbs, and even the walls. It took me over two hours to clean everything up. I sent William photos and asked about the charge for priming, hoping for a resolution. It's now been five days with no response. I gave him a chance to make it right, but the lack of communication and the poor quality in the bathroom make it hard for me to recommend his services.

We've been talking for a few years about getting it restored. Upholsterers say, "You'd be better off just buying a new one" but we couldn't find one we liked. Arnold, his Dad, and their upholsterers REBUILT our chair and recovered it, mostly in leather. The patterned fabric covers the back too. And they repaired the mechanicals and re-finished the legs. We had agreed that if one hide wasn't enough to cover everything that we would use that fabric for the back and the WINGS on the sides. When they came back and said that still wasn't going to be enough and recommended the sides under the arms, I balked at first. I said the fabric was supposed to be an ACCENT if we HAD to. I felt like this was too much. 1/2 the chair was now fabric. But it was going to add ~$300 for a 2nd hide and my wife thought it would be OK so I relented. I'm glad I did. I don't think this is too much.   It IS as comfy as we had hoped. The mechanism is like silk. It feels good. It SMELLS good. Probably good for another 30 years!

As a homeowner, it's been surprisingly hard to find contractors that meet my criteria, but Innovations Touch met them all! Although I have larger projects planned in mind, I hired them for some smaller projects to see how they'd do, especially after hearing horror stories of larger renovation projects being handled poorly. My townhouse was built in 1981 and needed some repairs. Innovations Touch installed a custom guard rail at the attic hatch, installed some new window screens, fixed the catwalk in the attic, did some window siding and wall repairs and completed some behind-the-walls plumbing work. During the whole process, they set expectations well, did a great, detailed job of the work, exceeded my expectations, was fair in price relative to the quality of the work and expediency, and even cleared up a slight miscommunication we had very professionally with no ego or attitude. I was very impressed. Given they literally met all of my criteria, I trust them completely now and it feels good to have an "I know a contractor guy" for renovations for myself and others now. I'm still building my "rolodex" for home repairs, renovations, and HVAC, but glad I'm taking one big one off my list.
