Technician came out and snaked my drains and they were still clogged, they came back the following day and still didnt snake it correctly, then sent a tech who didn't know what to do. Called the following day the rude lady told me I would be charged again and couldnt get back out to my house for a week. They never corrected the issue but charged me $300. They are rude, unprofessional and a rip-off! The tech also damaged my dry wall when he snaked the clean-out in my garage. Now I have drywall costs to repair their damage! Stay away from this company! Update...I called Superior Plumbing back and they argued with me that my drain was clear and they did the job and they did it right. It was not clear and I had sewage coming back up into my shower and sent them the pictures which of course they ignored! After calling a referred licensed plumber, this plumber took the toilet and snaked it from there where the problem was. The drain in the garage that Superior snaked didn't even run into my home! It was a simple snake, took 20 minutes and is now done. If Superior plumbing couldn't even figure out that the toilet which is next to the shower is the problem and was stuffed up even though we told them that, they didn't even snake it...Plumbing 101. They are dangerous and could have caused us more damage then what they had done and they kept our money! read more

This was a issue less then 60 days ago that this company "fixed " zero warranty, the tech even said to me the guy that fixed my issue "sucked and got fired" A young man showed up with no clue of plumbing. He said he would return with a entirely new part (because he didn't understand what was the issue) however he never returned and I was told the owner would call me and that never happened.
