We had a water leak in our wall behind the toilet in the master bath. We called Superior, we had worked with them once before on another toilet leak. Keno came out the first time and also this time. We were happy to see him because he had done such a good job before. Keno and Michael were so helpful. Keno recognizing what was going to be a much bigger job as walls had to be removed and carpet repair. He immediately took action and called a contractor to assist in demolition and access to leak. Once the contractor renoved parts of drywall Keno and Michael we able to quickly identify the problem and they fixed in a very short time. They were so professional...arrived when they said they would. Handled everything to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend this company. When times like this ,happen it's nice to work with such talented in what they do! I am 91 and a widow. My toilet had a leak. Superior Plumbing gave me an estimate of $364 to fix the leak. What they did was replaced water shut off valve, fill valve and installed a new flapper which I had purchased recently. The bill included aa 3% discount and a $10.00 fuel charge. The toilet continued to leak. They returned to fix the leak. The plumber trimmed the flapper saying it was catching on the fill valve and the toilet was working perfectly. The toilet then was not a leak but a flow of water. I had my handyman come look at it and he replaced the fill valve, as he said it was inferior product and would eventually cause more problems (he showed me the problem on the fill valve and then when it was replaced showed me again how the new fill valve corrected the problem, and replaced the flapper which was not contusive to my brand of toilet. Gary from Superior Plumbing came out on our request to determine what was causing our water bill to be so high each month. Our initial cost per month when we had the house built in 2005 was around $70. but for unknown reasons the costs shot up between $350. to $400 per month for the last 6 months. Lives up to its name! Truly superior response and service. Shower valves in both our bathrooms failed and I needed a quick repair before family was arriving. Superior Plumbing dispatched a plumber just 90 minutes after I called. Robert Scott assessed the situation and explained the work needed and cost. He arrived promptly as scheduled the next day and completed the repairs in just an hour. Robert was exceedingly professional, friendly, and left no trace behind. In the past we've had to clean up after contractors, but Robert removed his shoes as we requested and tidied up when the work was done. Everybody tried telling me they'd notify the tech and the tech would get back to me... then if by chance the tech did, he would say "sorry we don't have anyone available until tomorrow morn...". This company came to fix a plumbing overflow issue at my apartment complex. 30 minutes into being here a hose backfired and fecal matter/ water went flying in the air landing allllll over my vehicle which was properly parked in my assigned parking spot. I went outside to tell them I just watched this happen and an employee named Matt said "no we didn't do that sweetheart, it's called rain water" RAIN WATER? Suddenly it rains literal SHIT? I am outraged. Here are some photos of my vehicle which absolutely HAS to be a sanitation issue. Disease spreads via fecal matter and I have human feces all over my door handle, windshield, everything. I am absolutely furious at how their employees handled this situation. Not only were they rude but they left my car covered in human shit for me to "handle it" myself. Now I get to spend my evening trying to clean up their mess. Awful customer service. I have sent an email to their management, to the Nevada board of sanitation; and to my apartment complex. This is absolutely unacceptable.
