This company was recommended to us up here in Sedona. We would NOT recommend them. They came up from Mesa, AZ. They leveled our manufactured home and were supposed to repair air conditioning ducts. They left a huge hole in one of the main ducts, allowing air to go under the house, and you can see light through one of the duct vents in the house! When my husband called to report this nd texted a picture of the hole, the first time the representative said "I don't know how we missed that". The second time we talked with them we were given an excuse for where it was ! Really! You didn't know how you missed it, but now you ate saying it was in a place you couldn't see it?! It's pretty obvious from the picture. Not very good service! read more

Superior has restored my faith in young men. I had two crews to my house, about 7 young men total. They were all polite, professional and happy. In 110 degree weather they seemed happy to be working. I felt at ease with their service. The supervisor took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I had some damage under my house they saw and took pictures to show me. They weren't pushy on selling the repair but informative. If you're in a manufactured home and need service to the underside these are your guys! read more

I think I should have heeded the age-old saying of 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it'. Considering that this is an old trailer that has never been moved, adding a couple more pier supports under the mainframe should have been reconsidered. I thought it a bit odd when Terry said the sides of trailers always sag as there is no support within the structure that prevents it. Having studied engineering, I thought that was a bit odd but figured he knew more about trailers than I do as I have never had the previous pleasure of trailer living before. I believe there is the possibility that the new piers put in and added support of the old ones has caused the sides to sag considerably more than they were previously. This didn't happen overnight but has now become so significantly noticeable that my kitchen cabinets are shifting, the fridge is almost an inch lower in the back and all furniture along the outer edges of the trailer's outer perimeters of the rooms are at a noticable slant. My question is if this is an inevitibal problem due to trailer design, why would I want to spend another $1,500.00 for more pier supports that won't fix a problem that more supports seem to have caused. I feel I should have been informed as to the possibility for this unexpected problem from the get-go. So, for those of you who may be considering such a procedure, you might want to rethink such an option or get some sound advice from several sources prior to such a decision. read more

So impressed. I had a feeling my metal roof was in need of attention but on a recent rain I noticed a stain in my kitchen ceiling and had just received their mailer saying they scrap clean and seal metal roofs. Terry was the lead man on the job and wow .. just a polite, respectful and knowledgeable guy. Someone I would have been happy to have on my crew back in the day. He came with some youngsters which made this old guy leery but there were no stragglers and they all lept into action. I showed Terry where the leak was but he said they couldn't return to do the job for another week. I knew there was rain coming but what was I to do. I understand scheduling. AMAZINGLY Terry called a couple of days later in the afternoon and said they had some free time and he would like to come over and get started. They worked on it for over an hour and they secured the area of the known leak, it held up for the week. I didn't ask them too do it and they weren't obligated to do it. Just wonderful thoughtful service. I was very surprised and thrilled. Kudos. They did come back and finish up the job when they had scheduled me and did a wonderful job of it even being sure to run the sealant down over the edges. I needed a fair amount of patch work and they handled all of it with aplomb. While no one, especially older folk, likes surprise bills I think I got my moneys worth plus. I am sitting here on a rainy day and can enjoy the sound of the rain anxiety free with the installation of what I lovingly refer to as "The Shield of Odin" Thank you Superior Mobile Home and thank you Terry! They just came in to clean my ducts. There is now dust and dirt from the ducts flying all around my what WAS clean dusted and vaccumed house EVERYWHERE onto my furniture, bedding, food in the kitchen, walls, EVERYWHERE!!! They didn't block off the vents so as they "vaccumed" the dirt just rolled out of the open vents. They never opened the door to the air handler and gave some lame excuse for not cleaning in there. There inspection if you want to call it that was poking their head under the house and taking pictures. When I asked questions and complained about the dirt left behind in the vents and all floating over my house they did not respond. When I showed the leader the bathroom vent when they were done he claimed to have vacuumed that out and there was an inch of dirt and hair, REALLY? I had just checked it the day before and it wasn't there. ? They didn't "open" up any of the other vents, funny he said he opened and vacuumed out "That ONE"! It was all about the upsale immediately with these guys. Sealing, New jack stands etc. I called to speak to the Manager or Owner and all I got was the receptionist claiming to be a Manager. Her response was I'll let them know to cover the vents in the future. REALLY????? Well thats great for the next Customer IF THEY DO IT. But I wouldn't count on it! It's going to cost me more to clean up the unhealthy mess they left behind. I wouldn't trust this Company to do ANYTHING! It cost me $295 to have my house destroyed. And who knows what we are now breathing in You've been warned! read more

We wanted to have our air ducts cleaned and sealed, as we were unsure if it had ever been done. We had installed a brand new AC/Heating System a few years ago and the business that did our installation quoted us over $2500. for cleaning and sealing. Feeling this was way too much, we contacted Superior Home Pros LLC, and are very glad we did. We got a quote over the phone which was very reasonable. Terry was the lead. While taking photos under the house, it was discovered that there had been a substantial termite issue under our home at one time. There had been treatment, but a lot of the wedges under the home were damaged and needed to be replaced. Before starting any work, Terry sat down with us, showed us a lot of photos they had just taken under our home, explained what they could do for us, what was priority and what could wait, etc. He then gave us a new quote - IF we wanted them to complete the work that day. We talked and chose what we felt was most important and what we could afford at the time and gave Terry the go ahead. Upon completion, we not only had ducts cleaned and sealed, but also all new wedges, new duct work where needed, the house was leveled and all supports were tightened. There were a few more items they took care of, BUT, in the end, the cost was still far less than the original company had quoted for just cleaning and sealing, and we had much more work done. Since Superior was not a pest control company, we have since contacted another company which quickly responded and handled the termite problem, so we don't have to worry about all of our new wedges being chewed up. Concluding, we would recommend Superior Home Pros, LLC for mobile home repairs. We were given facts and figures, but never pushed to do more or spend more that we were comfortable with. Most importantly, we now have peace of mind of what's under our home. read more

We were referred to Superior Home Pros, as our coach needed to be leveled. In doing the inspection, there were so serious issues of neglect noted. Insulation damaged to drain water leakage and never repaired. Dirty ductwork, damaged ductwork. Terry and his crew did all repairs in under three hours....remember that they just came out to do an inspection. We now have all insulation repair, ductwork repaired and cleaned and the coach leveled. Thank you so much. read more

I wouldn't hire them again. They came to clean and seal the ducts. They may or may not have cleaned them, but they didn't seal anything. They stuck duct tape where the ducts meet the grates and slopped some goop. Worthless. They blew up my electrical panel with their vacuum. I can live with that, they deducted the electrician bill from the price. The thing is, they called it a day at that point. Well, how were you finished when you lost electricity in the middle of the job? Oh, it's a very special vacuum cleaner that we use. Don't waste your time or money on these hucksters. read more

We have a mobile home in Lakeside AZ and called SMHS to come level and insulate under our home. It is a 3.5 hour drive from the valley. P.J. and his crew were awesome! He explained everything that was needed and why. He brought to our attention that we needed extra support and it sure made a difference! They also provided before and after pictures for us as well. We used them years ago to level our manufactured home and had a good experience. Got another flyer in the mail, so we called them again to do a under home inspection for another manufactured home we own. Arrived on time, Connor was lead guy and two other helpers, all were courteous. Inspection done professionally with camera and pictures taken underneath home and confirmed our thoughts of ductwork needing repair and cleaning. We went ahead and did so, crew was concise, clean, and answered all questions from start to finish. We maintain our home well so we stood by and watched all being done and impressed with their work ethics. They took their time, not hurried, very thorough, and let us see all they were doing without any problem. We recommend them and feel confident in their knowledge and ability, we will use their services again when needed. read more

I'm posting not as a customer, but as a former employees wife. My husband was threatened by a coworker and targeted by everyone he was working with. The owner seems to have a friendly relationship with one of the supervisors who complained about my husband and got him fired. The owner had no decency to ask my husband about whatever it was that he was fired for, but only told him that this supervisor was no longer able to work with him. My husband worked hard for these people only to be fired without explanation or a chance to rebuttal whatever the problem was. This is not how things should be done as the owner of a business. Just because you trust someone does not mean they are right. This has created a toxic work environment and for anyone who may be considering applying to work there, DON'T!! I can appreciate the fact that some of the people working there are working towards being sober, but I cannot agree with them targeting and threatening my husband and not having the decency to communicate. Very lazy way of running a business. I've also heard many accounts of a certain supervisor by the name of Austin who, more times than not, is a very reckless driver, has cut people off to and from jobs and simply does not care about the safety of the workers in his vehicle. read more

We moved into our manufactured home back in 1983. After a few years we needed to get it leveled so we did some research and called Superior. Everyone we asked said they were the people to call to get the job done right the first time at a very reasonable price. It is now 2016 and we are still calling them for leveling. This time when they came out Devin found things that needed repair. Considering we moved in here 33 years ago we did think we did pretty well as far as things lasting. We had them not only level the home but also replace the pads the stands rest on. They also came out and repaired and cleaned our broken ducting. I haven't seen the aluminum at the bottom of the duct in years. Everyone was very, very polite. Connor explained everything in detail and also took pictures underneath to help explain what they saw. He went over the issues they found and helped us prioritize the repairs. He was not pushy and did not insist or assume that we would have them do the repairs. But of course we did choose them. They proved again that after all these years they are still the people to call for manufactured / mobile home leveling and repairs. read more
