I understand that jobs can run over, but it's common courtesy -- and basic professionalism -- to communicate delays to customers ahead of time. People take time off work and arrange their schedules around these appointments. The complete disregard for my time was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

They made an incredibly stressful situation completely painless, and they treated our home as if it were their own. One important tip for future customers: This company focuses strictly on remediation, meaning they do not handle the reconstruction or repairs (like replacing drywall) once the mold is gone. This wasn't an issue for me--I simply called around and found a local contractor to patch things up afterward--but it's important to go in with the right expectations and always ask questions! The team members we worked with deserve individual recognition: Brandan came out first to rule out any active plumbing leaks. Once he confirmed the mold wasn't plumbing-related, he kindly offered to inspect the rest of our new home's plumbing. He caught a few minor issues, explained his recommendations clearly, and provided no-pressure quotes. We are so relieved to finally have a trustworthy plumber on speed dial! He then immediately looped in their mold specialist, Ruben. Ruben arrived the very same day to assess the mold and provide a fair quote. He was incredibly sympathetic to our situation and reassured us that he would remove as little material as possible while keeping the home safe and thorough. We immediately knew we were in good hands. A few days later, Ruben and Ivan completed the work. They were punctual, efficient, and surprisingly quiet. Not only did they finish on time, but they also managed to save an entire wall and our builder shelves. Because they saved the wall, Ruben actually adjusted our final invoice down to reflect the lower material removal--a massive financial relief for first-time homebuyers. Ruben took extensive photos, walked me through the containment zone to explain their findings, and even returned the next day to walk my husband through the exact same breakdown so we were both fully informed. The final report they provided was incredibly thorough, detailing every single step with photographic evidence. My husband can be very picky about contracted work, and even he was completely impressed and had zero critiques. We were so incredibly stressed, and the calm presence and expertise this team brought into our home was invaluable. I found rodeo plumbing. Corie was very responsive... at first. He came to the house, told my mother her water heater was out of warranty, she believed him. Corie advised the water heater needed to be replaced. Corie called his technician Keith, who was in town and could be here within a few hours with the new water heater. We paid the replacement cost and cost of the new water heater. Well, before Keith got here, I called the warranty company and they advised we had two years left on our warranty. I called Corie and advised of that before Keith got here. He said "great, we'll work on getting you reimbursed." When Keith was done installing, he wanted us to sign the invoice, we told him we wouldn't sign it until it said "pending reimbursement for warranty." He was very frustrated and annoyed with us, but he wrote it on the invoice. Well what do you know, they never emailed us that invoice. I've asked several times since this to contact Corie and he constantly says "I'm working on it." And nothing has been done, it has now been months. They've stolen from us and refuse to reimburse us. I will be taking this matter as far as I can take it. People who take advantage of the elderly should be held accountable to the highest degree. The heartlessness of this "company" is laughable. Stay far far away!

We used JNK for a minor project two years ago, and Naji and the crew were superb: they showed up on time, worked diligently to finish the project in a professional manner, and brought a remarkable attention to detail to their work. Therefore, we chose them again for this much larger project, and I'm pleased to say they exceeded our expectations in every way. Naji arrived to discuss the project, and based on our conversations with him, was well-prepared to discuss options. He is a deeply knowledgeable person who is personable, professional, and truly customer-focused. The crew showed up right on time, and the point person on the job, Joaquin, explained the process of removing sod and dirt and installing the pavers--over 1,000 of them. They hand-measured and hand-cut the pavers that created the circular mesa around each tree--they look exquisite. It was a crew of seven, who were perfectly coordinated, worked well together, and hustled to get the job done in the promised timeframe--one day, which astonished my wife and me. Because the job required cutting a number of pavers there was quite a bit of brick dust. After completion, Joaquin used the hose to meticulously spray off all of our trees, shrubs, and all of the rock, to make it look pristine--that's going the extra mile! You can evaluate other companies, but if you want exceptional quality, attention to detail, honesty, and integrity, I recommend JNK without exception or qualification. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great.
