They come out and the technician looks at everything and gaslights my wife. "Yeah there is no way they don't cover this." The he proceeds to look at a bunch of things we didn't call for or about. And tells my wife, I can give you a good deal on the side to cover all of it. Then says "if they don't cover it, give me a call." Home warranty says "the technician said it was human cause so we aren't covering it." Very disappointing experience with Anytime Plumbing. I paid $100 for the service call and another $450 for the valve replacement. I had NO leak before they replaced the valve. Immediately after their work, I had a major leak and no water in my system. When I called them, I was told it would cost another $1,800 to fix. When they do answer the receptionist will not transfer the call and only say "I'll have the tech call you back." NO ONE CALLS BACK. Anytime Home Services accepted a Home Warranty repair of my hot water heater June 20th - today is Aug 4th - 45 days later! The unit is under manufacturer warranty - the part is easily identified and even I knew what part it needed, and I'm not a plumber! THEY SENT TWO PLUMBERS 22 DAYS APART TO 'CONFIRM' THE PROBLEM. Yet - they never ordered the part. They lied REPEATEDLY and stated the part was ordered. I received the following excuses through my Home Warranty: Part is 'on back order', 'waiting for delivery', 'wrong part delivered' 'part is not covered by manufacturer warranty.' I called the manufacturer myself today - the part is in stock, it is under warranty and has NEVER been ordered by Anytime Home Services. GE is shipping the part to me overnight by FedEx. It was a 15-minute phone call to confirm this information and have the part ordered. Anytime Home Services has left my home without an essential utility for over 40 days now - stringing my Home Warranty company along with 'in a few days' (I had to escalate the issue due to non-responsiveness). As far as I'm concerned, Anytime Home Services has abandoned the job - they are not trustworthy - they WILL lie to you about when it/if your issue will ever be addressed. Tech came out for a home warranty call, He told the warranty company that I will need $1050 (out of pocket) of additional work for them to replace my water heater. Told the warranty company I needed the supply/return lines, PTRV extension, gas line and Vent pipe all modified to fit a new water heater. Also said that I would need a new drain pan. This is all a bunch of crap. A new water heater is the exact same size, height and circumference as the old one, so all of the connections will fit with no modifications. The drain pan is not corroded and does not need to be replaced. Also the supply/return lines as well as the gas line are in great shape, no corrosion. Also found out that the tech is NOT licensed. What a bunch of crooks. read more

The worst service I've ever experience. They do not care if you don't have water for weeks or if your house is getting more damaged after discovering the leak. They took their sweet time to send reports to the home warranty and NEVER answered. Straight to voicemail every time I called until I could finally cancel the service, like really. This company stressed me out. They dug holes everywhere for no reason. They came to my home to supposedly fix it, and they come and say, "there's nothing much I can do right now" or "I don't have the machine with me". This whole back and forth took 3 weeks! More damage was caused than I had from the beginning. I hired another guy that fixed the leak that SAME day and covered up the concrete and covered all the holes that were made by anytime home services. I had a very disappointing experience with Anytime Home Services. They were hired through my home warranty company in July to fix a leak in my shower. While the repair initially improved the issue by about 75%, the leak steadily worsened over time. When I contacted my warranty company again in December, I was required to use the same plumber. They attempted another repair but said they needed to order parts and then could not return for three weeks. During this time, they insisted that my HOA needed to shut off water to the building, despite my repeatedly explaining that this was not something my building would do. This was not new information, yet it seemed to halt any progress. After that, they completely stopped responding--no follow-up, no resolution, and no communication to say they would not be completing the job. I ultimately had another plumbing company come out, and they informed me that Anytime Home Services had actually made the problem worse and that the shower was damaged, requiring a much more involved repair. Overall, the work was incomplete, communication was extremely poor, and the situation was left unresolved without any explanation. This experience felt very unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company based on reliability or follow-through. read more

One of the worst experiences we have ever had a new younger plumber came and tried to scam my parents they had a warranty through a company and they had no idea what's going on he recorded how to flush the toilet and he recorded the whole thing he made a mistake and said it was a ejection pump BUT IT WASNT! ( which we didn't have a warranty for) so the warranty company declined us and he tried to call back and say he would do the job for $2500 as a side job out of the warranty we called another company and it was THE A CLOGED PIPE ( which would have been covered under warranty) had they not claimed it was the eject pump we would have had the warranty fix it but thanks to ur plumper that has no idea or experience what he's doing we couldn't use our warranty so sad trying to rip off older ppl read more

We needed a tankless hot water heater repaired or replaced since our 4 year old Rheem Platinum unit stopped working. I contacted American Home Shield for warranty coverage. Two days later they sent an Anytime Home Services technician to inspect it. The tech discovered an internal water leak that required the whole unit needed to be replaced. Two days later, our home warranty covered the cost of everything except for a piping & venting change. A huge relief since they covered 85% of the cost. The tech installed a new better Navien tankless unit perfectly despite the tech working during the 114 degree day. We will be happy to use Anytime again in the future. read more
