For starters there is a 20% gratuity not advertised. I booked these guys last Saturday for my wedding. They were supposed to pick up my bride drop off at the church, Wait, then drop the bridal party off at the reception to finish up. The driver once at the church tried to leave the church with the bridesmaids bags and what not in the car. Someone saw him and called so he stopped and came back. He then after the wedding in route to the reception went to the wrong location. I on my wedding day had to give my driver directions to my reception. no refreshments in the limo nothing. I only gave this business one star due to the lack of a no-star or negative rating. I booked a limousine for my son's wedding on 4-9-18...the wedding was set for 5-5-18. I spoke with Ike directly and, when I made the reservation, asked him if I needed to call him closer to the date to check in. He told me no, that he had all the information he needed. I paid a $101.00 deposit by credit card on 4-9 and went back to wedding planning. The limo was supposed to be there at 9:00 pm on 5-5-18. It never showed. We called the company that night and they said they did not have a limousine scheduled for our destination at our contracted time. I later called the company number and left a voicemail for the office manager, who never returned any voicemail requests made during the weeks that followed, and there were several. I called Ike on his direct cell phone that night, and he said we never made it onto their calendar. I reminded him that I had spoken with him - he said he remembered our conversation - and that I had paid a deposit and that he had told me not to call to confirm closer to the contracted date. He said he would check with his office and have an answer for me on Monday, including a refund of my deposit. It took several weeks of my contacting him to get any conversations about my claim, and each time he said he would get the deposit refunded. It was not until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau that he proactively called me and then processed the refund four days later, on 5-26-18. I try to be a patient and forgiving person, and if this had been handled in a more timely and professional manner, I might have accepted human error as the reason for my unfortunate experience. But the continued patter of disrespect and disregard for a wedding ruined by their oversight has led me to warn others about their services. Make certain that if you use Superior Limousine Service, you check with them the week before your event as well as that day. If you attempt to reach them, do not press 3 for the office manager, because I am not sure that one exists. Make sure you get everything (especially the exact car) in writing. We rented the "Prom Limo" for our daughter. We booked it at least 4 wks in advance. Paid the deposit. They promised the kids would "have a night to remember". The night of the prom they show up in a Funeral limo. We did not have time to wait for a different one - they are 45 min away, so we went ahead with our plans. All of the kids were embarrassed to be seen getting out of the limo.We called the next business day to question the car they sent. They changed it because we didn't have but 4 kids. But they also did not refund the difference. They said we should have called and they would have sent out a different car. No refund just blamed us, DO NOT USE THEM!!!! read more

Ike took excellent care of me and my fiancé, the night I surprised her and proposed! I was completely satisfied with the pearl white Escalade limo and the service. They arrived early and stayed late, meeting any and all of our requests...even the last minute ones. Our wedding is now coming up and we are booking 2-3 additional vehicles to accommodate us and our special guests. We thank you so much Ike and the Superior Limo Service team. BUYER BEWARE!!! These guys are now going by the name of "Luxury Limousine". We hired them for our granddaughters wedding and contract was for 3 hours with a white limousine. They charged us $130.00/hr with a 3 hour minimum. We secured limousine service with a credit card and paid final payment with a personal check, as per their request. Check cleared one month prior to services received. On the wedding day, a black limousine was sent to pick the newlyweds up with a license plate reading "PRIME 14". Little did we know at the time that they had farmed the service out to another company. After the wedding, I tried by email and phone leaving several messages to make contact regarding the wrong color car sent to the wedding. I could not get anyone on the phone, nor did we get a return call. I then noted that a charge of $531.00 charged to our credit card by Prime Limousine out of Dallas. I contacted them and they had a history of the order made by a name that was unrecognizable to either my husband or myself. We immediately filed fraud charges with our credit card company. We once again tried to contact Luxury Limousine services by using a different call back number and requested information on pricing. We immediately got a return call from Luxury Limousine, however when they found out that this was a previous customer calling regarding their services, they immediately hung up the phone. If your looking for a limousine services, my advice is STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS - THEY ARE TROUBLE! read more

Horrible limo service. We ordered a limo for a wedding. It was to pick up the wedding party, take them to the wedding, then return them to the reception a couple hours later. The limo picked up the wedding party and it was filthy. The inside was dirty and smelled like smoke, the floors and seats were sticky, and at 5 under the occupancy listed, we had 3 people sitting either on the floor or on cup holders to fit. Also, the air conditioner didn't work. The driver did not know his way around town and took us through numerous parking lots to turn around which made the whole wedding party late. The limo was paid to stay to return the party to the reception after. The limo driver left. No one could find him, and numerous phone calls were sent to voicemail. After calling the owner, he assured us the driver was just turning around and was 5 mins away. After 45 more mins, we had called friends and family to come back to shuttle the wedding party back to the reception. Half the wedding party was gone by the time it showed back up. I would spend more money and go with someone better. Anyone would be better. Would not recommend. read more
