They call me 10 min before my reservation and say I should go to the airport to get a car. I tell them no, (there's a parking lot full of cars) because I made the reservation there and I have to go to work. I show up, they take my info (very slowly) and then proceed to tell me they are going to drive me 20 min to the airport to get the car because they don't have any there. On the drive there, the lady told me that she spent her weekend cleaning 18 cars at the airport and that every single car in the lot at the loop location was dirty. Why the hell would you not bring the clean cars to the location with the reservations, or clean the cars at that location beforehand?. I get to the airport and have to re-do all the info (the lady here was very nice). I'm late for work because these people can't get their sh*t together and be prepared for reservations a week in advance.

It took several days to get a response and action taken to modify the situation. But they did. And I give them total credit for doing that. All of the employees that helped me with the situation were extremely friendly, courteous and apologetic. However, some cars should not be rented out if they aren't up to non-smoker's expectations.
