Called his office to set an appt, found very kind staff and hours/times to match my schedule with no issues. This was I'd say at least 10+ years ago and I have to admit Russ has not only become my all time favorite Dentist, but I TRUST him and every suggestion that I've had to deal with over the past decade, which did include many root canals, crowns, and those dang cavities. I have never had insurance, as he knows, but he does NOT gouge the wallet of patients. And I am not being told AFTER the procedure, that I owe 2,000 more than what they originally told me. I overpaid 700 and now they want another 1300. I would never have gotten this procedure if I had known. You do not advise someone to make a medical decision and then turn around and extort them for money. I honestly feel like I got conned.

I Did pay a little that day but, told them I was not paying nothing more till i get proof!!!! Dr. Harness was weird after that didn't see her much after that.They did ask a few times when I was gonna pay it. And i told them i was not going to. They messed up all my stuff and i went way into mine, and both my kids account. I paid in cash over $6000.00 plus tapped out my insurance. I even called my insurance plan because they were charging for stuff we didn't get, or charging the wrong kid or me. Shorty after that Dr. Harness was no longer there nor the staff. When speaking with the new staff she informed me that many people were saying the same thing. I even asked them to look into my account and they have and can't figure it out. First off a dentist has no business knowing my past…read moremedical history, except for my teeth issues and with a comment that I must be the healthiest man on the planet after he read my paper work. Well I suppose that is true. Second my appointments were both over a month out. I was called to go out of state for power outage restoration, this happened for both appointments. I paid their 50$ fee for canceling my appointment. Third now they want $200 appointment fee. People without power will always come before a Dentist appointment, if you don't understand that I will find a new dentist. The only recommendation I will give this business is the dental hygienist did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. But then again every dentist has good hygienists.
