Poor quality work and terrible communication. While my car was in a repair shop for some mechanical work, Marc came by and offered a quote to remove all of the door dents and dings. It seemed reasonable, so I gave approval through the repair shop for him to go ahead. I would describe the results as "dent reduction", or "dent alteration", but not "dent removal". The dents are less severe, but I can still see distortions in the metal where each dent was. This is unsatisfactory. I have had door dings removed by dent professionals in the past, and when they were finished, you could not tell where the dent used to be. Not even a ripple. This work is not nearly that level of quality. I invited Marc back to have another go. He missed our first two appointments, and then, when he did finally show up, billed me for an extra $150 without calling to get approval first. Despite numerous attempts to reach him, Marc has never returned a call or message. read more

Then he said something amazing, "Would you like to watch me work?" As a person of little skills, I enjoy watching handyman, cable guy, curtain installers, and any experts work their magic. Marc talked me through the process, what he will do next, and showed me the various tension points around the dents. I felt like I learned a valuable lesson in metal elasticity and tension absorption with a personal coach. Marc was fantastic in his work, and he also provided some suggestions on how to buff out small paint blemishes he discovered on the vehicles. Marc had such an nasty and condescending attitude. He first started off saying he was better than all other dent repair guys. He also stated he could fix my problem 100%, even though someone else tried and failed! After beating on the damage area several times, i clearly was able to see new damage. I expressed my concern, he got so upset, he said don't pay me nothing, fix it yourself. Trust me, a picture want show you what the sunlight did, and Marc made it worst. Standing at the right angle you could see the new damage! Knowing he messed up, he said he fix it the next day. Later, he sent me a message saying he will not work on it period. I told him that was wrong and i would write many reviews so people know what to look out for. He called me many times with threats, saying lets meet up and fight, until his wife called me. She begged me to give Marc another chance. I declined! I don't recommend anyone do business with Marc. He picking and choosing who he gives good service too. I was on a tour of a farm in Pt Reyes, and as I was backing up, I hit the bumper of an old pick-up truck. No damage to the truck, but I had a huge dent in the plastic part of my Camry's bumper. I've been dealing with Marc for about 6 years.. The first time I met him was in a GS350 Lexus that had 4 dings on the body line 2 other PDR guys said that they could not fix dents on the lines of the vehicle. Marc came by my shop to take care of my colleagues car. While he was working on his car i decided to see if he can take a look at my windshield and see if he can fix it or if it needs to be replaced. I had Marc to come to my place and fix a dent that I had on my car. Our deal was for him to fix the dent and then touch up the paint. He sent me on a goose chase to find the right touch up paint and a few other simple tools to apply it. He fixed the dent, I paid for the whole job (which included the touch up) and he asked me to contact him once I have all the paint stuff. I spent few days to go to different places to get all the stuff he needed and once I had them all, tried to contacting him at no avail. He never replied to my calls or texts. He fixed one but completely messed up the other making the 1st fix worthless. he said if you don't like the fix "I can put the dent back in".
