The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. What made the experience frustrating was that the website promotes financing, but the final offer did not match what was originally presented. It also felt like pricing was being adjusted above manufacturer retail while still being marketed as a "sale." As a customer, transparency and consistency matter. If a product is advertised at a certain price with included features, those terms should remain clear regardless of payment method. The experience reminded me of seeing a car at one price and then being quoted something different when you're ready to buy. Disappointing experience overall.
