Now I'll state that they are generally not "food adventurous" so it was kind of fun to have them try something outside of their norm. I had the steak teriyaki and split a California roll with the table. Both were good. The teriyaki was not the best I've ever had but a bit better than average. The sushi was definitely average. I mean, granted it was a "beginner" sushi roll because of the company I brought, but still. The Japanese side salad though was very good. The others at the table tried the miso soup and the ramen with chicken. They enjoyed trying them as sort of newbies to asian food and they liked them. The service was fast and friendly, and the robot cart that brings out your food is kind of fun. We watched it sing happy birthday to another table and bring out a piece of cake which was kind of cute. Prices were reasonable for what it was.

In the same tiny plastic container two blobs that looked like over-ripe mashed mango, also no flavor other than slime, I called because I thought they forgot my Sashimi order, lol, and was told that because I ordered Spicy that slime was the sashimi poured in next to my Tuna roll. Yikes. I only took one small bit and it tasted less flavorful than the overripened Mango I thought it was. The Miso Soup: salty water with some seaweed, no broth at all, and finally the Garlic Broccoli was yellow and sitting in a medicinal tasting liquid, also unedible but probably the best item in the order. Maybe eating-in would have been a better experience, who knows but for sure do not order for delivery. Yuk.

Secondly, the building and tables, dinnerware and glasses were all very clean. The dishes had an "antique" feel to them, not just the boring white ceramic dishes as most restaurants have. Thirdly, the wait staff, hostess, and all employees were very friendly yet professional. They all knew their jobs well and strived to make everyone's experience better. They also understood when one of the patrons had stated they had a shellfish allergy and didn't need any other explanation. Fourth, the food was priced very fair with very large portions. I left with almost another meal worth after eating more than my stomach could stretch. Time for the cons: When looking on Google for "restaurants near me" it didn't pop up, I'm not sure why either because they do have a website. Also, I wasn't 100% sure they were open initially, there was cars in the parking lot, but the open sign was pretty small, and easily hidden behind parked cars.
