    Drunken noodle Pad Prik King

Food has been great every time I've ordered. It has become a regular place for me. Owner's are really nice, and the restaurant is a nice little hole in the wall kind of place. 100% recommend.

Veggie spring roll w peanut sauce.

Great service. Cute back seating area. Not much access to any ethnic food this far North, but it is decent. Hits the spots. Love all the veggies in the dishes I ordered. Was a little light on the meat. I'm sure for an extra dollar or two, they'd be happy to 'beef' up the meat. Will definitely be back.

Disappointed Som Tom. Barely any papaya, too much carrots and shredded purple cabbage! Not sour. Not spicy. No fish sauce!

No one there... all I heard was chopping coming from the kitchen. Ring the bell, yell hello a few times. Waited in the lobby for a good 5 or so min. Chicken Satay was okay. The peanut butter sauce was oily, the cucumber onion vinegar - not enough! The Som Tum... Huge Dissapointment! Not sour, not spicy, WHERES THE SALT FROM THE FISH SAUCE!? They add shredded carrots and shredded cabbage to hide the fact that there's so little papaya in there. The cabbage is on the bottom, and they soaked up whatever flavor was in there. The red cabbage and carrots... taste like themselves.

    Close up of mysterious garbage..

I was pretty disappointed in this place, especially being the only Thai restaurant in the area. I can't believe that my order came to $57 something and the food being very disappointing. The only good thing I have to say of their delivery time is very prompt and courteous. I ordered the Thai Basil entree in beef, I received a very tiny container that was only a quarter full. This entree star should have been basil but only found 2 small leaves of it. You definitely do not get quality or quantity for this $14 entree. Then there is the summer rolls I ordered in chicken. Are you familiar with that bag of lettuce from the grocery store that is mostly lettuce with a few sprinkles of carrots and cabbage? That is what 90% of my rolls contained with the smallest sliver of chicken. No hint of rice noodles or cilantro as advertised on their menu. This costed me $6 for the two rolls. I ordered a side of rice noodles to go with my entree, $3 isn't bad at all in my opinion but a piece of mysterious garbage in it? Finally I bring into this expensive and disappointing meal was the wine. I was expecting a better bottle of wine for the price I was over charged. Website stated $27 for a bottle but I was charged $29. I come from the west coast, I'm very aquatinted with real and authentic Thai food, this was a sad attempt to be called Thai food.

Thai basil chicken (There was no basil and like one piece of chicken)

First and only try we give this restaurant. The woman who took our order was so rude I decided not to eat there. She then chased a woman out side and screamed at her for using the bathroom without buying anything. As we waited for our order she rolled her eyes at the man after us when he asked what was in the seafood special he put his menu down and walked out. So we ordered basil chicken and Thai summer rolls. First there was zero basil in this dish and was so oily and salty my husband took two bites and could not eat it. The "Summer rolls" well that was a joke. Literally one rice noodle with mixed bag lettuce. The lettuce was brown and slimy. These two items cost us $20 and it was money wasted. Save yourself the empty belly and do not try this place.

The server was just top notch like took time to get order right, answer questions, come back and check on us and smile and super professional the whole time. My beverage was amazing and food was great, one of the people in our group said the homemade vegetable soup was the best soup they've ever had. To be honest the food was really good but the staff was just amazing. The hostess, server, even person who walking by answered a question and wasn't our server were all just beyond top notch. Like the service you'd get at a upper end steak house (but even better than that). I think the food is great, the servers are TOP NOTCH and for sure recommend. I'd give six stars if I could.

I got the Rise of the Phoenix mocktail, which was so yummy! Perfect for a hot day! Had a good amount of vegetarian options, which is always lovely to see! I ended up getting the Wild Rice Hot Dish because it felt so quintessentially Minnesotan. I didn't end up loving it. I thought it needed more flavoring and spicing it up, but I know that that is NOT quintessentially Minnesotan. But my whole group thought it could have used a little something-something. BUT we also got the Mac and Kim-cheese and that was so good and flavorful! Such a fun combo! Would definitely get that dish again!

CRISPY BRUSSEL SPROUTS Sweet and spicy soy glaze with sautéed red peppers and scallions. These were a little too heavy on the sauce for my liking, but otherwise very good. If you're not a fan of sweeter flavors, this one may not be for you. BUFFALO MAC & CHEESE Cavatappi pasta tossed in a creamy mac sauce, topped with crispy buffalo chicken, blue cheese crumbles, and onion straws. We added bacon and chicken, and this was a top pick for us! The buffalo sauce had the perfect balance--not overly spicy, but enough flavor to complement the creamy mac and cheese. CPB CO. FISH AND CHIPS Craft beer-battered haddock served with Northcoaster fries and house-made tartar sauce. Another top pick for us! The fish was crispy, flavorful, and perfectly fried. Honestly, one of the best fried fish dishes I've had in Minnesota. Unfortunately, I can't report on the beer as I'm not a big drinker...Sorry! Overall, a fantastic experience with great food, welcoming service, and plenty of variety. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Duluth!

The only small downside was that the Brussels sprouts were still a little undercooked for our taste, but everything else was excellent and more than made up for it. Excellent brisket, fish n chips, and build your own burger! The garlic aioli and IPA mustard sauces were definitely memorable. Overall, it's a great spot for good food, craft beer, and a fun atmosphere located right on the pier. We'd definitely come back!

Even though we are visiting Duluth during this crazy time of the wild fires, Duluth Grill made our trip worth it! They have a streamlined process for getting seated, the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and local area. My family ordered the usual staples: biscuits and gravy, pancakes and sausage, and bacon/eggs/sausage. All were hearty portions and perfectly prepped. I tried the "Triple B" which turns out to be a Midwest version of Bibimbop. Made with manoomin (wild rice), beef/pork mix, kimchi, marinated kale- probably my fave of the dish. The combo is a deliciously perfect power meal to start any day and weekend right! I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the care they take in procuring local ingredients- even their kale and some herbs are from their own lil garden. I highly recommend the Duluth Grill, there's something for everyone! We will definitely stop by on our next trip out to Duluth.

When we arrived a bit after 7PM, we had quite some trouble finding parking and ended up having to park a couple of blocks away after circling for 20 minutes. Walking in, the place wasn't too busy, perhaps 50% capacity. We were interested in ordering the fried cheese curds, but the server told us they weren't battered in house, so we passed on them. Smoked Fish Salad (Market Price, $18.99) - This is a pretty salad - all ingredients are arranged in rows along the dish. Mixing things together is a bit of a pain, but I appreciate the dressing on the side to add to preference. The dressing is an interesting blend of mayo and other ingredients, perhaps BBQ sauce, that make it slightly tangy and very sweet. There's an undertone of smokiness throughout, which tastes somewhat like liquid smoke rather than the dressing actually being smoked. It is on the sweeter side of dressings. Other than greens, there's a row of wild rice, dark and snappy, completely broken cultivated rice. There's also a bit of house smoked trout, nice and smoky. (4/5) Classic Wild Rice Burger ($16.99) - This is one of the tallest burgers I've seen in quite a while, mostly due to the inclusion of fresh vegetables including onion and tomato, and alfalfa sprouts. For some reason instead of using larger tomatoes, they use small roma tomatoes, including three small slices. They also used red onion that's chopped into a variety of different shapes instead of whole slices. It's really strange - I guess this saves on cost? Unfortunately smaller pieces means things fall out while eating. The patty is larger than the bun. It has plenty of broken wild rice bits giving some additional crunch and that signature wild rice taste. It's charred on the griddle well and it keeps its structure, not falling apart or becoming mushy at any point. I love how it's distinctively a rice burger and doesn't try to be a meat substitute. Two slices of American cheese are melted on top that gives some fattiness to the dish. The bun is toasted without butter and there's a flavorful garlic mayo spread on the top. It would be nice if they had also applied the sauce to the bottom bun as I found the patty to not have enough moisture or fat incorporated. The burger comes with some thin commercial fries. There aren't any issues with the level of fry and they are otherwise unremarkable. (4/5) Fitger's Brewhouse serves some solid good old fashioned Midwestern American food. Not much else to say.
