We decided to move forward with him, and we are so glad we did. Julian and his two crew members were outstanding. They were always on time, incredibly respectful of our home, and as clean and careful as possible throughout the project. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Julian also kept us updated throughout the process by sending photos and videos along the way, which gave us a lot of peace of mind and helped us see the progress being made. He also went above and beyond when we asked to add extra work to the job, including tiling our fireplace and removing a built-in bookshelf. Not only did they handle those tasks beautifully, but they patched the wall and ceiling so well that you would never even know the bookshelf had been there. Julian also installed the flooring on our stairs and made a few recommendations about the flooring pattern that ended up making a huge difference in the final look. His experience and eye for detail gave us a much better result than we even expected. Our rep didn't think through the job and asked the day of install about our baseboards then claimed it was a "client change" to the job. I didn't think of the baseboard situation as I don't do this for a living. There sales rep did not do enough due diligence guiding us through our vision. The wood floor itself is great and high quality but the rest was a nightmare. Don't have them do anything other than flooring - their light construction and painting is honestly incompetent and terrible. Lastly, new carpet for our family room. They upsold us a super plush pad then failed to write it up correctly. When I asked why the pad was not correct (after install) they acted like I'm a carpet pad expert and I ordered the blah blah blah 8 pound something or other. They were wrong, got it wrong, I opted not to PAY to fix it so I'll live with it, I guess. Overall, terrible experience but it could be the rep I got. Totally uncoordinated and a lack of communication for what we needed for this project. Very disappointed since we used Soleil as a referral from a friend.

So, it was ordered in the early AM well the next day nothing, the 2nd day nothing. Finally, the order came in and moved to the install location. Boxes were inspected and damaged items came from the warehouse. The warehouse just taped up the boxes and sent them out anyway with damaged product. To top that all off the Pflugerville office would only refund a complete box and not the individual planks (yes, the charged me for damaged product) As far as Cody Dorris, seemed like he would say (lie) anything to make the sale. Also, the order was not delivered 100% 18 days later still no answer form the warehouse as to the remaining order, nor will they refund the for the late product. NOTE make sure you order what you need and not over order, they do not refund the returns. This is not my go-to store, I found better service and product elsewhere.
