My wife and I built new construction on New Jersey's Long Beach Island. We had an Architect design…read morea new contemporary home with an open concept floorplan combining the kitchen, dining and living area. This design meant that the kitchen had to be the focal point of the home and had to flow with the rest of the living space. I searched online for modern kitchen design ideas using modern cabinet style. After an extensive search for cabinet designs, materials, and colors, we found Showplace Wired Cobalt and decided that was the look, color and functionality we wanted. After looking at examples from Showplace we found on their website, we saw an example of what we wanted to emulate which led us to the designer Diane Fleming at Norfolk Kitchen & Bath in Manchester New Hampshire. I contacted Diane and told her of our project in New Jersey (which was 354 miles away )and I sent her our architectural plans hoping that Diane would take on the presumably impossible task of designing our kitchen directly from the architect's drawings, our appliance measurements and zoom conferences with us. Much to our delight she accepted the challenge and she designed and rendered our kitchen on computer and did everything without once checking out the construction site! It was perfect! She made a trip down to New Jersey when the cabinets were delivered and spent two days with our installers making sure everything fit, every piece ordered was delivered and instructing the installers exactly where and how every piece fit together. She made another trip to New Jersey to make sure all was perfect and ready for staging and pictures. She was amazing! The kitchen is the centerpiece of the home, everyone who sees it is amazed at its construction, utility, and accessibility to everything a home cook needs. Diane designed it as if a chef were to be using the kitchen and that is exactly what we wanted. I cannot recommend Diane and Norfolk Kitchen and Bath more highly. The expertise, professionalism and customer service were and continue to be outstanding and working with Diane was an absolute pleasure.

What a waste of time that was. We finally made our way to their place. The showroom is located in Pinardville plaza right next to Bartlett Elementary. If you are driving fast on Mast Rd. you might actually miss their store. They are right next to Bagg Lunch and Ubon Thai 2go. The showroom is very tastefully done and surprisingly big inside with many displays and samples to see. Zumra and Lisa are both very professional and both were great help with our project. Zumra worked on our design and even came out to our house to take measurements and was there for our countertops template and installation. Communication was superb and they made our project fun and stress free. We had them remodel our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We Highly recommend them!

I was looking for standard-sized cabinets that were well constructed and would last a long time. After comparing the cabinets they carried, they appeared as good or better than the other brands I compared them to, and the price for the cabinets and countertop was extremely competitive. Best of all, I didn't get the unwanted sales push that I got from some of the other stores. The owner, Zumra, was extremely pleasant to work with and made several reiterations on the design of our kitchen from my and her ideas to get the best design possible, one that ended up being much better than I was originally expecting.

My biggest complaint is that the customer service rep. only responds to my emails and phone calls at 4 pm aka end of day when I can't do anything about it. Product failed to be delivered and then when it finally came in after a week she sits on the product for 3 days and then tells me "delivery is full". I get that I'm not a contractor and my order was small but the customer service has been absolutely terrible. Avoid if you are completing your job and aren't a big name that gets quality customer service!

Her son told her that the price had been scratched out so she knew which cabinet it was. I didn't even know she had a website. So her telling me I was getting one over on her is really stupid. Then she writes in her rebuttal how confused she was. She was not confused. That unit was priced in her store for $300. We offered her $200. She said she wanted to talk to her son which she did do, and I spoke to my husband to make sure he was still agreeable. She called me back and agreed to the price. I gave her the name of the unit and it's dementions. Now she's playing stupid saying she thought it was the gray one. I told her it was not a gray one and confirmed everything before I Venmod her and scheduled a pick up date. Her husband threatened me scaring the crap out of me he got right in my face and his big fat belly touched me. I told the police and they did nothing. They said it was. civil matter but then turned around and threatened to arrest me because I wanted the cabinet we paid for. telling me it wasn't mine. How was it not mine. I paid in full and made arrangements to pick it up. I sent her photos of the label and the dementions that we had taken the night before telling her as we were leaving that if it fit we'd be back the next day. So we paid for it and the police threatened me telling me to take the refund or loose the money entirely. So much for not being there for the civil part. So I left because they told me I had to. She sends me a refund and in her statement on Google she said I refused it. That never happened. And she charged me a fee for whatever. I sent her $200 she refunded me $196.50. That company did a shady thing. She told the police that I could come back anytime. Well she blocked me on Facebook. I think that's because she got an offer for that cabinet after I paid her from Facebook. where she had it for $700. I hope that the people who read this bought that cabinet for $700 and realize they got ripped off. Out of the blue she just remembered that she posted that cabinet back in March ? can't remember what she said but it was definitely along time ago. She can remember that but is confused about her in store items. And she keeps saying someone scribbled out the price. the price was $400 they scratched it out and changed it to $300. and now they are blaming their customers of trying to put one over on them. I have the whole recording of what she claims is me abusing her. We were both a little louder then we should have been. But her husband came out and physically threatened me. All on video. So Maria keep lying to make yourself look good and maybe I'll post the video and let the people decide. Your statement is so full of lies. you need to do the tight things, tell the truth.
