Brought my SUV here for replacement of my dead TPMS sensors and they happily took me in. I even brought my own sensors and they were fine with that. I was 15 min late yet they were cool about it and quickly loaded my car up. No WiFi in the waiting room but a keurig and water dispenser. the guy working on my vehicle was pretty terse and impatient with me about starting my car. After the install was done. My car had been sitting for two months so pretty sure my main battery was shot and told him so. But he was convinced it was the remote battery. Then he got very dismissive that I was wrong and wanted to charge me 14 for a small 2032 remote battery ( which in hindsight is better than a new car battery). He gruffly said he had a solution and swapped out his personal battery from his remote which was nice and put it in mine. Went out to start the car. Discovered it was the main battery and came in and said both were dead but I could keep the other remote battery. Haha. Ran me a quote for a car battery and I was preparing to be raped on price. But it was fair and so I just did it. Few minutes later it's done and go to check out. Ends up he comped the tire sensor install and just charged me for the battery! Surprised, I came back and said he didn't charge me. He said, because I bought the battery, we were good. Never got a "my bad" on the weird remote battery discussion, but did me a solid on the car battery and TPMS install. Cool shop in the end and would recommend. read more

I highly recommend Superior Tire. After getting a nail in my tire with less than 5k miles on them, I initially took it into a different tire repair, where they patched it. However, they also told me there was a chunk out of the bead on the tire, but it should still be okay. After the repair, my tire was still leaking air! My guess is, the guys patching it accidentally took a chunk out of the tire when they were removing it. They blamed it on the initial installers of the tire but it would've always been leaking if that was the case. Disappointed, I looked elsewhere and a buddy of mine (Jimmy) recommended Superior Tire & Service. They took me in very late in the day and did everything they could to see if they could save the existing tire. I ended up asking them to just replace it due to the bead issue. They did an excellent job installing the new one and they cleaned my old tire so I could keep it. (I asked for it in case I desperately needed a spare.) They even torqued my wheels back on to spec. I am very appreciative of their attention to detail. Now for the best part. The price! For the same tire and amount of work, Les Schwab quoted me wayyyy more than Superior Tire. After traveling from SE Washington to pick up a friend at the airport we needed some emergency tires for my car. All I can say is these guys are the real deal, so much patience and hospitality it definitely didn't go unseen. Within the hour of us arrive they had us cashed out and ready to go, they even went above and beyond and made sure we were safe to drive home and worked with some request that were made. I have been here twice and each time my experience has been excellent. They offer a courtesy inspection and won't charge you anything without asking. The time I did need a tire replaced it was reasonably priced. They do not try to upsell or pressure you. When I took my car in recently they found a nail in my tire and did not charge to patch it. I went and Yelp for directions to this place and then decided I must write a review. It is funny how when you get outside of Restaurants some of the very best businesses have the worst reviews. We have been using Superior tire for about 6 months now for our company tires. We stopped using Les Schwab after 15 years because their prices got ridiculous and their service went down hill. After trying a few other places that are truly bad we are happy and loyal customers here. I actually had never been to superior tire before today, But I see the product and the bill at our shop and they give us great service at great prices and the tires are always quality and correct. They also have given us hassle free returns when needed. I went there today because I was the only one available to pic up a tire and I thought Chris the sales rep. was very friendly and helpful. Also Jorge one of their service guys noticed my service tire pressure monitor light on my truck when he was helping me recycle some old tires and gave me a quote to replace them. It was more then 1/2 the other quote I got from Schwab. read more

I asked for fresh date codes for my RV's 6 tires, got at least 4 different dates, with the oldest a year old! When I found that I had them remove the tire. When you are spending almost $3000 for tires you should not have to argue about it. Not a pleasant experience. read more

I wish my company would find somewhere else to buy their tires from. When you roll in you're greeted (or not) by grumpy employees that act like they're pissed to be at work. Superior will only sell you what they want, not what you want. The last time I had tires put on my truck, our mechanic had ordered them ahead of time, and not only were they not the right tires but they weren't even close to the right tread pattern. I stopped the guys from changing the tires and even though they are paid hourly, one guy threw his pry bar on the ground and yelled "REALLY?!" Yeah A-hole, really. I would never ever bring anything I owned to this place and get treated like that. read more

My company used Les Schwab tires for over 30 years but since Les Schwab passed away (he wouldn't like what his company has become) it no longer has the same prices and service we were used to. Their people now try to push extras on you (shocks, etc.) that you really don't need. They must be getting some kind of spiff. Our experience with Superior Tire has been 100% positive and great service and fair pricing. No pressure or upsells they are committed to providing what is best for the customer.
