Also, we didn't need to purchase socks. It was just required to wear them which I thought was a huge plus. They had plenty of seating. They also had a baby and toddler area. And of course they had the general play area which I went into both areas. They also had some go kart type motorcycles that were enclosed underneath the playset, but I'm assuming that you had to buy a special pass for those. There was also a fun black light dance room for the kids. The kids had a great time and I would definitely bring them back to this place center.

It has good potential because the kids enjoyed themselves, but better lighting and stronger cleaning practices would make a big difference.

I had to fill out some info on an electronic tablet for waiver purposes and then paid. Grippy socks are required, we had our own from another play place and that was fine with them. The attendant who checked us in was polite but the one when we left was not as friendly. It was a bit stuffy in the place like the air was turned lower. There was a camp of kids (about 20) that checked in before us and about half of them were screaming an ear curdling scream for most of the time which was unpleasant for other kids/toddlers/parents. I do wish they would have said something over the loud speaker about not screaming continually. I would say the facility is good for 10 and under mostly.

I think they do need more people that watch for infractions of the rules because those infractions tend to get other kids hurt. Also, some kids took over play areas and were on specific cloth swings for a whole hour when their rules when you sign in specifically say not to do that. I would say that the place is more suited for ages 10 and up because there were even quite a few teens there. Also, no one is really rotating the people out for the shorter play passes so the amount of kids just keeps getting larger.

Eventually the sameness will blend into more sameness, although this will have a sign for Urban Air and you've made it. It's almost a throwback to the Discovery Zone birthday parties of the 90's from the outside, and from the inside for that matter. It wasn't too busy when we were there on a Saturday morning, and my kids really had to soak it all in and get their nerves out to start. Once they found the smaller kids area of tunnels and ball pits, the ice broke and the fun flowed out. There's VR machines, bumper cars, trampolines, more intense trampolines, gymnastics style trampolines, and even some sort of fun sky swing thing that looks like it's for much older kids but isn't. They then proceeded to say no one would help them because they were white and the workers were "their people." Absolutely insane to hear this from these little kids. Staff was useless as they are all young have no clue how to handle a situation. It's sad to see this place go to the gutter like this. I hope management hires adults who can control the chaos.
