The installation turned out to be substandard and the reception was nonexistent after he left When I called to report the problem Variety refused to come back out to figure out why I was getting nothing. Had to let my Handyman figure the issue out and he essentially reran the connection into the house...problems resolved finally....to be honest I now know there are better and less costly alternatives to cord cutting....this company is not it!

He installed our antenna, not an easy installation, we have a 3 story with slate roof. Many would not even attempt it. He ran cable from the antenna to two TV's like a craftsman and set up the TV - we now get over 90 channels with excellent picture. Who needs cable? Bob is a personable guy with a great sense of humor and at the same time has the experience and knowledge to correct any problem with TV reception. An added point- his prices are very reasonable. Now I've had to take the TV off the wall and found that the built-in level is off, they could not have missed it - they knew and hid it. However, even worse the mount model they used is rated for 77lb... The instructions I found had two models listed: 77 and 99lb. They endangered my family by their deficient work.

They were amazing. They evaluated my current system, which is also integrated into an AV system, wrote up a proposal which I accepted. The system they installed is amazing. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. Lastly, Phil was the senior technician on my job and was phenomenal. Gina works in the office and is fantastic as well. This is my first Yelp review. I felt compelled to endorse this company because they are a breath of fresh air in NYC, where quality of product and service are often hard to find!
