The techs who came in said they were not comfortable with the mount I bought in advance. Would only use theirs. I paid the premium for their mount. I always felt the tv was just slightly off. Now I've had to take the TV off the wall and found that the built-in level is off, they could not have missed it - they knew and hid it. However, even worse the mount model they used is rated for 77lb... The instructions I found had two models listed: 77 and 99lb. They endangered my family by their deficient work.

I recently purchased the Samsung Frame TV, which is different from other TVs in that it's made to lay flush against the wall like a framed piece of art. I wanted to be sure I hired someone who was familiar with how to work with this particular model, as there's nothing that ruins your day like your expensive purchase of the year getting wrecked. I'm not Miss Moneybags, at least not yet, so I had to be discerning. After I went through the very easy process of messaging a number of vendors via Yelp's Request a Quote feature, I received numerous responses within minutes, but Mike's response stood out. He wasn't offering the lowest price, but his message was friendly, pricing was transparent, and he specifically called out the unique nature of the Samsung Frame TV. His website featured a photo of another Frame TV he successfully installed. I was sold. Mike was so professional-- he showed up right on time, put on shoe covers, and he and I stayed masked the entire time he went to work. He was very thorough about making sure he set it up at just the height I wanted, even asking me to consider the other framed pieces of art I told him I planned to hang around the TV. He was done in about an hour. He even offered to cover the thin transparent wire that connects the TV to the "guts" of the device with a discreet piece of plastic that would protect the delicate wire and blend in with the wall. I hesitated, thinking it wasn't necessary, but I'm glad I went ahead with it because the whole effect is cleaner. He didn't even charge me for this. He left the place completely clean and even offered to take the box the TV came in outside. What a gem. TV looks great!

The process went like this: 1) Very clear initial communication. Kevin made sure that everything would be ready to go when he arrived to do the job so that he is not wasting his or your time and money. 2) Was not sure what to get but Kevin provided a clear shopping list of materials needed that were easy to procure... I believe the only thing I did have to begin with was the projector which we bought before contacting him. 3) Day of install Kevin showed up and worked quickly and efficiently (with great vibe too!), to get everything done. Was impressed with how clean he was able to make everything look because we had to run some cables for audio etc... over a pretty significant amount of wall space.
