Even though we have a power washer, we have been so busy. All of a sudden, I start to see these ads for exterior cleaning on my social media feed. For about a month, their reels kept popping up and the content was great so I let them continue to show up. Then I looked them on google to see if the customer satisfaction matched and many happy reviews were a good sign. In the times we live in, you have too many options to choose from. Usually, I shop around but I just happened to be lucky this week and Alex and Alina were very close by and they came by within 3 hours of my DM. I told them I'd get back to them since I wasn't sure if I was needing a major refresh just yet. Anyways, that interaction went well and they were so nice and didn't pressure me into anything at all so it didn't take much time for me to text her back and ask when their next availability was. From the moment they replied to my message, Alina and Alex showed up to my door with an estimate and refreshed my entire space within less than 3 days. Alina and Alex were very kind and professional - I was given a courtesy reminder and they showed up on time. Alina sent me a bunch of photos when they completed the job and she does a great job at sharing their work as they are in action. They make a great team and I highly recommend them for any exterior cleaning you may need. We got our driveways, walkway, porch, stepping stones, retaining wall and backyard patio done. The job (by one person) took about four hours, non-stop. He did a great job, and did as much…read morecleanup as was possible (washed parts of the house that had gotten dirty, such as soffits, windows, walls). He even asked our next door neighbors for permission to clean up a bit that went over there (homes here are very close together). In the areas that I and my husband were able to look at, it looks almost like a new roof. As you can see from the before / after photos, there are a few stains remaining, but all living garbage (moss, lichen, and whatever else was growing up there) is completely gone. They were highly recommended by our roofer, so I didn't get any other quotes. I can't say whether the price was high, low, or average. At roughly 75 cents per square foot, the cost was certainly more than I was expecting. (The type of roof, as well as its pitch, probably also factors in to the pricing.) So 5* for the job as accomplished, with the caveat that the price seemed high. But then again, what doesn't these days?

I also appreciated that they use a soft wash process rather than harsh pressure washing, which is much safer for the roof and exterior surfaces. The results were incredible. Our roof is so clean that the original lighter color is showing again, and all of the black gunk is completely gone. Some insurance companies have been sending letters requiring homeowners to get this done, and after looking at our roof we figured we'd better get ahead of the letter. I met with Chris (the owner) and he was great throughout the process. He's doing a lot of work in Folsom because the moss is going crazy here for some reason. His team came out and started with the roof... and oh my gosh... the amount of stuff that came off our roof was stunning, like maybe two ten gallon buckets of moss and crud (first time cleaning in 30 years). They cleaned the solar panels, then proceeded to power wash the entire house, and all the concrete front, back and side yards. Everything is cleaner now, and worth the expense. I checked with other companies too, but Cali offered the all-in-one bundle that left the roof, screens, walls, and concrete looking great.
