10 FEET BELOW HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have an older electric scooter. It stopped running. Changed the batteries and it didn't work. I took it up to trinity scooters. The older man with dreds stated that they could fix it. He required a 100$ deposit. He gave me a receipt and said they would give me a call when they take a look at it. 2 weeks went by and no call. I went up there to check on it and he said I called you. I explained I didn't receive a missed call. He said the part it needed was hard to find but they will get it. A few months went by and he told me his mechanic was sick and in the hospital. I fell for the bullshit. I waited for a call back. The call never came. I went back up to the shop and was very upset. My scooter was not ready. In fact it was in the back in a corner disassembled. The same place it was after my 2nd visit. He told me his mechanic would be there in a hour. I waited. When the mechanic came I had a serious discussion with him. He stated he had just started working there and he did not take it apart. He started putting it back together but didn't have the parts or screws that were taken off of it. He said he didn't have a clue where the previous mechanic put them. He apologized and did his best to put it back together. Every time I went to the shop I took a picture of my scooter to see if anything changed. I took my scooter and had a word with the owner who had no remorse or apology for his actions. If he would have told me we can't fix your scooter because we can't find the part after the 2nd visit , I would have gladly accepted that. But he used deception and bullshit. This was Beyond horrible customer service. Deceiving rip-off artist. I wish I would have looked at the reviews. I'll take the hit on this one. Shame on me. Also I didn't get my 100$ deposit back. I don't know how this shop is still doing business. Very disappointed. I wanted rate this business with NO stars but it would not let me. The guy with the dreads is very rude, talking to me and his employees in an aggressive inpatient demeanor, very unprofessional not only to his customers but also his employees. Not even coming to welcome you as you step in, expects to meet him at the desk. As the owner, manager, or in charge, your duty is to welcome your customers not expect to come to you. I wish I would have read the reviews. I dropped my daughter's electric bike off with some upgraded parts (controller, ignition, and throttle) to be installed, which the owner assured me "if it's anything to do with electric bikes, we can do it." The owner had me pay $150 for the work. I called a few days later to check in and the owner said they put "the front brake on and the other stuff." I told him I never asked for a front brake and then asked if he'd installed the parts I brought in. He was confused, had to look for the parts, then assured me it'd be done later that day. I called the next day, he again said they installed the front brake "and other stuff" and was ready to pick up so I again said I never asked for a front brake and then asked about the controller, etc to which he again seemed oblivious. Repeat this daily calling for the next few days and he finally said they couldn't figure it out so come get the bike. I show up the next day and the bike is totally torn apart and not ready for pick up. The owner, who's an overweight roughly 70+ year old 6ft male became very loud and condescending. When I tried to explain my side, he'd move closer and get louder talking over me. It's clear that he he'd spent his prime using intimidation, but now is laughable if it weren't aggravating. He started to get mouthy with my wife and even said I'm "not getting sh*t!" Guy's a real piece of work. I had to return the next day to pick up the bike, with a poorly functioning front brake I never asked for, none of the parts installed, but all out of their packaging, and bike put back together poorly missing some hardware while the owner told me to "have a blessed day." Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. There's more to the disdain they openly treated us with, but I'm trying to keep it short. I'll never return. He apparently needs the $150 more than me and is happy to burn bridges for it. read more

The owner seems like he does not care about the Customer all he cares about is making money so he's going to upsell you then he's going to try to sell you extra stuff that you don't need I took my scooter which has a 10 inch innertube and he said that was the wrong size so he made it seem like the inner two need to be smaller the inner tube blue two weeks later, I change the inner to myself finding out that the innertube he put in was the exact same size so he basically sold me a $20 tube for nothingthe scooter company replaced. If I could select no stars for this business, I would. My wife brought a scooter from here to which the scooter came scratched, didn't come with the nfc chip manual, and was bounded to someone in china. When we explained this to the owner he said come back the next day so that he could get the NFC chip, manual, and have the scooter unbounded. When we came back the next day the owner only had the NFC chip and explained to us the he gets the scooter from someone in China and that the person he got the scooter from needs some more time to unbound the scooter. We came back three days later because the scooter still was unbounded to which we were treated by the owner and some random person as if we were bothering them for asking for the scooter to be unbounded and for the manual of the scooter. We were told that we were given a deal on a $1000 scooter for only $650. We told him the scooter only cost $750 so stop lying we could just get a scooter from Best Buy or Amazon and that either the scooter can be unbounded or not and if not we want our money back. The owner explained to us that by the next day the scooter would be unbounded and if we had any trouble with the scooter to call instead of coming to the shop. The very next day the scooter still wasn't unbounded so we brought the scooter to the shop wanting our money back. Upon arrival some random mechanic working on a bike asked us what were we at the shop for to which we explained of being their to return the bike because of the bike still being bounded to someone in China we were then told rudely that we are lying and that the owner doesn't do refunds and if we wanted to speak with him we would have to wait 15 minutes because he was out. Upon the owner arriving we told him that we would just like our money back since the bike can't be unbounded. The owner explained to us he normally doesn't do refunds so he would have to charge us a 10 percent fee since the bike had been driven. My wife and I just laughed at each other and asked how is our money going to be returned. This man sitting at a crusty desk and chair pulled out his wallet started counting his money until he got to $600. This guy threw the money at us on the table after he was done counting and asked if we wanted a receipt. My wife walked away do to the disrespect of this individual to which I got the receipt and afterwards the same day brought a scooter off a Best Buy with less hassle, new without scratches unbounded to anyone, and with all of the equipment. I purchased a bike from this place that came with a warranty, after having the bike for less than a month a mechanical problem came up and when I took it in to them they insisted that "I was jumping the bike and riding it too hard." They also would change reasons on why the bike was acting up and were not clear. When I brought it in to them the motor still turned on and ran and after them telling me the bike is trash and offering me 200 dollars off a brand new bike that was $800 even though my warranty should have covered it. I took my bike back just for the motor to not turn on and leaking oil. So the bike was put in a worse condition than when I brought it in to be fixed. When I tried to reach out to them and tell them this they hurried me off the phone and said they would call me back and never did. read more

Brought in an item for battery repair and they said the battery was $400 to replace but after telling them thats wrong they backpedaled with a bullshit excuse to explain why he said $400 to give the right price. Then proceeded to say it would take an hour to see whats wrong. After 28 hours and several calls asking for an update, they said I should of gone with an express service for faster repair (keep in mind that they had not mentioned this nor had they even taken a look at the scooter at all). Told them they never mentioned it and that I would come by to pick up the scooter and $85 i put down as down payment and for a diagnostic (which they hadn't done). Went in to get a normal tune up and a belt for my scooter a normally easy and quick job to do. The same day I took the scooter I get a call letting me know the scooter is ready. When I get to the shop I notice the scooter is taken apart (not ready) the owner let's me know that the belt is unavailable and they can get it in no time, after 2 hours I decide to go home scooter less due to the time. Three days later I get a call and go pick up my scooter when I get there I try it out and the scooter is yet again not ready the belt had not arrived so I go on my way and wait another four days. I return to pick my scooter up after a week of it being at this shop and when I go to turn the scooter on it has troubles starting up and staying on I let the owner know and he starts getting defensive saying my 2009 scooter is old and that it happens. Though I agree it does happen it wasn't the way it was until they touched it. I let him know I payed for a tune up and that if there was a problem it should be included in the tune up and after telling him this three times he say "oh you payed for a tune up,? Okay we will fix it right up. Two days later I go to pick it up and still The same problem, found out the owner teaches people in need of a job (good action) but let's them handle things they are new to doing (BAD) I decided to go to riverside scooters there mike and his employees and legit and organized. I wrongfully trusted this shop to do what they told me they would. They said 3 days it took 4 weeks! Tons of excuses during the waiting time with lots of attitude as to why I came in every 5 days to ask about it. Bike came apart on the first ride! rear sprocket, THE WELDS!!! I brought in my Yamaha 1990 Scooter to have them figure out why it conned out during mid ride. They immediately figured out it was the carborator. I had them do a tuneup and oil change. The owner quoted me two prices for the carborator. Rebuild is $100 and new is $179. The tuneup was $79 and the labor was 1 hour they said they only charged for. I opted for the rebuild so I paid $20 down, and the remaining balance of $159. I tested the ride before paying. The bike started and I revved it and took a test drive. It initially didn't have the power (thinking it was just fuel line just feeding in). The bike did go what appeared to be normal. At the end of the ride, I did notice the bike throttle was still open and pushing the bike forward. I now think the valve or something is left open and the rebuild failed. The one star I give have to do with the concern over the result of this failure. I am still waiting on this "Godly man" who is supposed to run fair business. He was not in this Friday 3/11 but a call was put in to him and he requested the Yamaha Riva part for $300!. I pulled up Ebay Motors in less than a minute for the same factory part as $85/shipping for $15. He doubled his original quote!. So now I will see if he will earn back some of the rating stars and make the rebuild one work or not. If not, then I will update this progress. May have to go through small claims to get my money back. Odometer reading have not even moved a mile so I like to see what he said I did with my bike to wreck it or say what fault I made. read more
