Exchanged one motor for another and did it in one day and everything worked out perfectly. Very nice and very professional!!

Dropped my boat off here and was told theres just a couple boats in front of me and the mechanic will call once they get started. A week later the boat hasn't been touched and they say again there a couple boats in front of me. So what have they done the past week? waste of time. I decided to just take my boat back when I get it back it's seriously filled with pigeon feathers like pigeons have been living in it. So in short they dont touch the boat, the line hasn't moved in a week and they give the boat back in worse shape than it was in. This place is a joke dont go here. read more

Do Not Take Your boat here!! We took ours in numerous times for the same issue. They flip flopped our gears making reverse forward and forward backwards causing me to almost smash my husband and son. Needless to say each time we took it in they said our boat was good and 3 times later it's still not working. Don't wast your money or time. read more

I was referred to SM last summer by a co worker when I bought my first (pre-owned) boat. I took it in and asked for a complete boat "physical" so-to-speak and was impressed when they only recommended a few inexpensive tune ups. They had the boat tuned up and lake ready in no time and explained everything they did and even suggested things I could do myself in the future. This week I took my boat in because the engine wouldn't crank. They diagnosed the problem and it turned out to be a very minor wiring issue. Again, they had the opportunity to create a big bill but were honest and didn't even charge me for it. I was only billed for 30 mins of labor which is the time the mechanic took to diagnose the problem. The staff are friendly and explain everything then offer tips and advice on what could be done at home vs. bringing it to them. They have earned a customer for life and I would recommend them to any boat owners out there. read more

To Whom it may concern, Just to set the record straight. I tried to buy a brand new 2018 Crestliner 1850 fish hawk. I told the sales lady that I was a serious buyer and had a big bag of money to come down and buy a boat. She laughed in my face and did not believe I was going to buy boat and states they hear that a a lot. With that I say ok I will buy from some other dealer. With that she proceeds to say and I quote- if you want a Crestliner you have to buy it from us because we are the Crestliner dealership. I said yes okay what ever you say. Not only did I buy and take delivery from another dealership out of state, it was shipped right to my front door for six thousand dollars less. Think twice about purchasing a boat from these people. Don't buy a boat from them. I bought a boat that they advertised as lake ready. Took it out and alarm kept going off. Took it in and was told it needed $3000 worth of repairs. Both heat exchanger/ exhaust manifolds were cracked. Someone had put putty on it to cover the cracks. The mechanic said they probably had frozen which was what damaged them. BEWARE! He looked us right in the face and said he had put a lot of money into the boat to get it lake ready. I don't think they did a damn thing to it. Bold face liars and cheaters! read more

If there were 0 stars this co. Would qualify. They not only failed to fix any of the problems I had with my boat (after waiting two months to get in), they returned the boat in a very dangerous condition. For legal reasons I am not going to go in to all of the details here but under no circumstances should you take your boat to this shop if you value your life and the lives of the other people on your boat. read more

We had a lot of work done on our signature 25 and despite a couple little issues we were pleased with the service and professionalism of the owner and staff. They are our go to repair shop now as we trust them. We asked for work to be done that did not need doing and rather than do it anyway, they showed us why it was not needed. Refreshing! read more

I would not trust these guys with your boat. As they were working on my boat, they called me and said my transom was bad (leaking faster than the pump could pump water out supposedly) and the last time they had to fix one, it cost about 3K but they couldn't tell me exactly how much it would cost until they got into it. I picked the boat up, re-caulked the outdrive to the transom for about $12 and all is good. They also broke my hydrofoil working on my boat and replaced it with one that looked about 80 years old. They left the broken one and the ugly one in the boat. I had to install it myself. read more

I took my fishing boat to superstition marine ask them look at it that the motor caught fire. So the owner came out look a it said no big deal the carbs well need to be rebuilt. so a week go by call ask hows my boat he saids well we need to get two carbs cause your are bad okay get them another week goes by I go in hey hows the boat owner said we didn't order the carbs yet because it was Saturday and I forgot. so wait a week go back in how the boat owner said well can't get it to run right so I'm asking a friend to come look at it. okay wait a week go in hows the boat. It's good but the real test is the lake okay I pay him go to the lake runs like crap go back owner said let me call my friend and see what he thinks it is. so I ask him why don't you look at it. it's been over a month. he said to me I got to get this new boat ready for pick because I make more money on it than yours. but when I'm done I well .cool I yes sense I have paid him. go in next week hows it looking owner said I think it needs a stator and timing base. I said okay but if it don't fix it I don't think I should have to pay for it. then I ask can't you test mine. owner said not really I said okay. week go by go in I ask is it fixed yes he said cool give me bill I pay it go to the lake and it does not run any better then the last time. So right now I got my boat with new parts on it the owner of superstition marine not smart enough to fix it. I WOULD NEVER SEND ANYBODY THERE. THE BOAT MECHANIC THAT WORK ON MY BOAT WAS NOT CERTIFIED AND I DON'T THINK THE OWNER IS EITHER SO I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE AS A MINUS 5 STARS read more
