There arent homeless…read morepeople harassing you inside and out of the business, they have visible security cameras, and they lock the doors after midnight...oh yeah...certain days they are open 24 hours, which works for us since we are so busy most of the time. The parking lot has lots of spaces, but the lot is so small at the same time, it scares me, how tight it is...I've witnessed someone hitting my door while I was sitting there....hence the star drop. They have an ATM, and plastic cards that you need to add a balance to. The cards give you the credits for the machines. They are about 7 to 9 dollars, which isn't bad at all, especially when the dryers are free (for the most part). They say on the signs that you only need 20 to 30 min for the dryers, but I find that on medium heat, we need 50 so the credits run out. By the way, if you need detergent, dryer sheets, any of that stuff, they have it to purchase, cash and cards accepted. Also, the music inside is actually good! They play hits from the 80s and 90s,.and there is a TV on news 12 as well. If you want to leave, there is a 711, bagel boss, and plenty of food and coffee chains on that road.

The girls behind the counter are always so polite and every time they say it'll be ready the next day they call me a few hours later to say that they're ready for pick up the same day. All of them are very efficient and keep the place clean , tidy and I just immaculate. My grandmother worked as a laundry assistant in the Bronx for so many years and your girls keep your place of business the way my grandmother used to keep the place she worked at the same way. Most people would only post a negative and I called to see if I could speak to the owners directly because I wanted to tell you in person how lucky you are to have the staff you have . DON'T EVER LOSE THEM. Your place is the only place I recommend to people because how wonderful and helpful the staff is. You should know so hence my review. there's no other place I go to for such great service.

Because I am of average height, I never needed a tailor until I bought a couple of pairs of pants…read moreat American Eagle Outfitters (AEO). Their website says that their female fit models are between 5'7" and 5'10". That is average height to AEO but slightly too long for me. So I took the pants to Dutchgirl Cleaners, which has a fitting room where I tried them on. Seo, the tailor, pinned the extra fabric up until the hem touched my flat shoes. I usually wear flats and wore the shoes that I planned to wear with the pants. Then he folded the pants in and out and drew a straight line where the new hem should go. Now my pants fit perfectly. The service took in five business days because he used a sewing machine to make the alterations, and there were many customers ahead of me. Drew, the manager, who charged me $15 a pair. I had to pay in full before the tailoring was done (see photo below). The price though is reasonable for Suffolk County.

I've came to this dry cleaners many times these past several years and I never had an issue until…read morerecently. I dropped off my suits here and was given a price of around $70.00 for pick up. When I came for my pick up, I was given the price of close to $100.00! I gave them my ticket which showed around $70.00 being charged but I was told the math was done wrong and I was to pay the new amount. What if I didn't have the money they originally told me? Would they have kept my suits?? I paid it off and will not be going back there again. If you ask me, the proper thing for them to have done is kept the bill on the original ticket. The only thing I should be expected to do is drop off my wardrobe and pick them up for the price I was told AND given on the day of my drop off.
