After searching various dental practices, I came across K Street dental and let me just say they gave me a thorough examination, evaluation and explanation of my dental issues and needs, and provided a priority treatment plan to remove, restore, and correct what the exam and x-rays revealed, as well as my dental concerns. I'm talking an extraction, crown, bridge, and much healing afterwards. The doctor explained everything before and after each procedure was performed and instructed me about the importance of allowing the area to heal and to rinse as advised. He even advised not eating certain foods that would irritate the gums. Throughout this treatment process, never did I feel rushed to get everything done in a hurry despite the procedures that were to be done and I had some dental issues. Months later and my teeth are looking smile worthy ! If I were to go to a masquerade ball, I wouldn't show up wearing a mask to conceal but to reveal my dazzling dentures and that's for real! I don't like going to the dentist but what I've neglected for awhile, K Street Dental put the sparkle back in my smile!

She was grinning from ear to ear and her pupils were dilating as I cried out and lifted myself up from the chair from pain. Mr Catching was at the patient next to me, but he slid back on his stool when he heard me keep crying out in pain. And then he sat there and watched the whole thing. Five minutes of sick sadism. Without saying a word or trying to help me. It was terrifying having them getting off by hurting me. That crowd is sick. I have had nightmares about them. It was a swollen golf ball sized lump on the side of my face. I have pictures along the way to show how bad it was. She kept giggling that people leave with bruises on their face all the time after a routine cleaning. After asking 4 times, I insisted on an appointment. But Mr catchings just stood back, folded his arms and looked at me like I deserved it. He did not say anything about it. He never even said " I'm sorry you had that experience". Nothing. He only walked speedily to his computer and tried to get me to make the next appointment. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS, ONLY THE MONEY. He is not a valid medical professional, he is not a real doctor. He is not even a good person. Neither is dozier. He told my husband that he "stands by his staff". He made it sound like I had it coming. Yes I allowed my child to be LGBTQ, and yes I stood up for my baby and myself. Boy did it cost me. THESE PEOPLE ARE DANGEROUS AND DUPLICITOUS. My stupidity for going there and thinking they would be different than the nasty LGBTQ bigots like Dr Dosier and her staff. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CHILDREN. DO NOT TRUST CATCHINGS PERIOD. I've had ongoing billing issues with this office that I still haven't been able to fully resolve. I…read morewas charged in full for dental work on March 30, 2026, including $700 pre-paid via my FSA card -- before any services were rendered. My FSA administrator later flagged this as a violation of IRS regulations, since FSA cards cannot be used to pre-pay for services not yet performed, and required the office to refund the amount. On top of that, when I received my receipt, from first appointment it listed work done on four teeth that was never actually performed. Because work was actually done on two and in different side that was listed on the receipt. I reached to request a corrected invoice, which am yet to receive four months later. The office has acknowledged the errors and said they're working with my FSA/HSA to return the funds, and were waiting for my insurance to pay them for worked done. Insurance has done that I saw again they charge my insurance for fourth teeth, I followed up again to remind them that was incorrect and request my refund they still says they working on it. At this point this is clear that this is not an error or just incompetence, rather it is a deliberate attempt charge for services not rendered and false work done. I will be reaching out to my insurance and also file a claim with the county. I'd recommend other patients carefully review their invoices and avoid pre-paying for services. And advise them to look for another honest dental practice.
