New Owners (2025) and the food and service is AMAZING! They have a huge menu for people with differing tastes. We have tried almost everything on the menu and have never had a bad meal. The Pizza is delicious, New York Style pizza. The Seafood is incredibly fresh (no fishy smell) and huge. We've had the fried shrimp, the baked and fried haddock with a huge side of sweet potato fries. There was so much food I had to take it home. The Marinated Steak Tips are nice and tender with a great flavor. The grilled chicken is tender and juicy. We were shocked that the BBQ Ribs fell off the bone (better than places that specialize in ribs). The Belly Buster Dinner is a great combo dinner that includes Steak Tips, Grilled Chicken and a 1/2 rack of Ribs, with a side of your choice. It is easily 3 meals worth of delicious food. Me and my family had just gone to a softball game and were hungry so we went in. We got 4 items and it took over 45 minutes, and mind you we had to go to another softball game. We asked for a refund because it took way to long and we had to leave to go to a different softball game. BUT THE GUY SAID WE CANT DO THAT. He didn't let us get out money back so we let them have it but i believe that is the only reason they are still open because they take peoples money since they can't give refunds. Also they gave our order originally to a different couple when their orders was already made and the lady just didn't know who's orders where who's. I used to go to this place in Dover, NH and it was decently good. I've tried this location a few times since moving to Billerica and I have always been disappointed. The pizza always has too much stuff on it and is usually just a sloppy mess. We ordered the Mediterranean Pizza and a Grilled Veggie Panini tonight. The pizza was sub par, mushy, and the crust was pretty tough. The "panini" was a joke. $12.50 for this and it barely has anything in it, they could have at least stuffed it full since it's just filled with mushrooms, onions, and peppers. It almost felt like someone made a steak bomb and just left out the steak, I might have actually gotten more veggies if I had done that myself. Oh yeah, I would have spent a dollar or two less if I had ordered a meat filled sub, make that make sense. Luckily they refunded our money when we called to complain. They said they didn't get the regular panini bread in and just used this sub bread instead (a grilled veggie sub is $9.50 but we were still charged for a panini), no call or anything. Even if they had the normal bread I think I would be disappointed with just how little filling there was inside. This will be the last time I order from them, I'd rather go to Market Basket and just get a frozen pizza. At least I expect to be disappointed with that but it will only cost me 1/4 the price. read more

Tried this place for the first time and safe to say the last time tonight. They had those I ordered a small pizza which barely had any taste and the French fries that were basically the opposite of the McDonald's fries, these are the ones that taste like cardboard and not only that, they had to have been in the fryer too long as they were as hard as rocks! Ordered a buffalo chicken calzone online. Order took about 30 min. The calzone was huge but but it did not come sliced and no utensils were given. Tearing into it by hand was lots of fun at work. Not a positive 1st time. I initially wanted to place my order on line but i noticed that they automatically added a tax amount to support local businesses. The steap tip salad was lousy. The lettuce was not chopped, the tomatoes were overly ripe and the steak tips overcooked. I tried this place a year ago. It was ok. I thought maybe it wasn't that good because they were new. I just tried it again. Pizza dough wasn't fully cooked. I ordered two different "famous steak subs". To be honest, I don't know what makes these subs famous. On both occasions, these subs were not very good. Not enough cheese even after ordering extra cheese and the steak was dry. The bread this last trip was steal. Cheeseburger was dry. Pizza sitting in the hotbox looked old. My advice, slow down and take some extra time to listen to the actual order and take more care in preparing the food. Customers will appreciate it. On a positive note, some of the French fries were good. Will not likely return. After saying I won't return, I stopped in a slice. Buffalo chix. Chicken tasted like it was 3 months old. Sounds like that should always happen but unfortunately attention to order isn't always happening at other places we've tried. Chicken Parm Sub was awesome. Potato Skins were awesome. Buffalo Chicken sun could've been a more exciting and the ONLY downfall was the blue cheese dressing that came with the sub was from the pouch. A nice chunky blue cheese dressing in a little container is soooo much better. We will definitely order from here again. Worst pizza I've ever had by a large margin. Roommate and I got a bbq chicken pizza and jalapeño poppers. The poppers were cold and congealed by the time we brought our order back to our place, but they tasted good. My one star is for the stomach bomb lazily thrown together pizza from hell. Usually the chicken i see serviced with any bbq sauce is grilled or breaded. This chicken was just boiled and looked really unappealing. The pizza had both a large amount of red pizza sauce and also large splotches of their bbq sauce (which didn't taste good). Just waay too much sauce. It stuck to the bottom of the pizza and caked the inside of the box. Immediately after having two slices I felt incredibly sick like a just put a rock into my stomach. It is now the NEXT DAY middle of the day and I still feel terrible. I asked my roommate how he was feeling at work and he said he had also had an upset stomach all day. The poppers were fine.
