I wish the store was closer to me. They really need to build one in or near Midwest city. I like…read morethe store because they have some interesting dairy free options that I can't find anywhere else. I did take off one star because their prices were pretty expensive. Some of the items you can find for cheaper in other stores. But I guess you pay for the variety of items they have at a higher price. I feel like when they have stuff on sale that's the best time to buy. The employees are always really nice and helpful. I like that they have self checkouts here, so I can do it myself and get out quicker. When you're on reusable shopping bags, because they have bags, you can buy there and no other options. The store is very clean and they have a bulk section where you fill a bag with how much product you want. Don't forget to write down the item number, so when you go to the front, you can check out.

The lack of caring customer service experienced this morning was second to none ... and that means…read more... none. Never have I ever been treated so rudely by staff, when all that was needed was to have a check-out line open. I have vision issues and cannot see to operate the self-check stations, and, for that matter, I wouldn't use them if I could. Humans are just better. Right? That's why we pay the Sprouts prices and avoid Wally World. Anyway, for the "sin" of asking for an in-person checker, the lecture flowed from the staff person staffing the self-checkout line. Disrespect? Doesn't really begin to describe it. No "Sorry for your inconvenience." only "yeah, there's a meeting right now, so we don't do that." Um ... ok. Wow. Trader Joe's here I come. Guess what? They have meetings too, and I've NEVER had to use a self-check out there ... oh wait, they don't have them. Right.....

I stopped by Tawbi Coffee in Oklahoma City on a Thursday morning around 9:30. I was surprised to…read moresee that it was still fairly busy, with plenty of tables already filled. From the conversations happening around me, it seemed like a lot of people were there for business meetings or work-related discussions, so it definitely feels like the kind of coffee shop where people come for business or to catch up with friends. The drink menu is pretty extensive, with hot and cold options including coffees and teas. The food selection is more limited, but they had huge scones, hand pies, and energy balls. I ordered the lemon ginger latte and a pack of three energy balls. The latte was really good: sweetened just right, served at the perfect temperature, and not overpowering. The energy balls were filling and had the right amount of chocolate chips and coconut shreds. The biggest downside was the wait time. It felt like I waited around 15 to 20 minutes for my latte, and when it was finally ready, they asked if I had received my energy balls yet. I had not, so they gave them to me then. That was a little frustrating because I had just come from the airport, was hungry, and had not had breakfast or coffee yet. Another issue was that the bathrooms had low water pressure while I was there, so I could not properly wash my hands or use the restroom, which was inconvenient. Overall, the coffee and snacks were very good, but the slow service and bathroom issue took away from the experience.

Im from out of town and a bit if a coffee snob and so made my way to this little shop. Had their…read morelight roast coffee which was very delicious and excellently made. But i was most impressed with their service. The gentleman at the counter was super knowledgable about their selection, their pour over processes, and helpful. The selection of music in the place is calming jazz which i absolutely loved. You could come here and hear yourself think or talk. It was clean and well laid out. Only issue was it was "cozy." Not a knock on overall rating, but definitely not a place to curl up and read a book which is what i like. But it is great for getting some work done or having a meeting.

Stopped in yesterday morning to browse with my pal Jean…read more Had a great chat with the (very friendly) proprietress and took her recommendation of a (HUGE-- two gram!) HHC vape pen (a legal, rare, and fairly newly discovered cannabinoid). Forty-five bucks -- a bargain at any price! (Yeah. Seriously. Dis stuff is da bee's knees, Seymour.) We stopped in a LoveBuds (sp.?) next door afterward for a more, eh, conventional cannabis treat. (Who would ever have believed that one would be able to say those very magical sativa-laced words in Okla-freakin-homa, huh? C'mon -- be honest with yourself, sugar.) By the bye: I'm NOT into dabbing, but the proprietress/budtender even showed me CBD flower, perfectly legal Delta 8 concentrates (e.g., sugar, shatter, wax -- or whatever the hell those concentrate thingamajigs are called), THC-V edibles, and much more. My friend, Jean, purchased two full gram CBD vapes (Colorado Cures brand -- the chains' flagship brand) -- one in the flavorful "Tropicana Cookies," (a sativa strain), and one in the famous "Blue Dream" strain (also a sativa). There were other great strains in this selection of CBD cartridges, too, including such nice ones as "Super Sour Diesel" and "Banana Kush." (That last one sounds like a lovely little indica. Must try sometime.) Not gonna lie -- the CBD vapes were kinda expensive, I thought, but also kinda not, oddly enough -- about thirty bucks each, plus tax. (Jean doesn't hit her CBD vapes, too often, though, not unless until she's in significant discomfort. In other words, I doubt that she'll plow through those two vape cartridges too fast. Each will probably last her many months, if I know her consumption rate as I think I do. (Oh -- and "Blue Dream" is her favorite strain of all time. So there's THAT. She's a very happy little camper right now.) I want to stop in again soon for some of the Delta 8 tincture (Koi brand, I think) that's for sale at this CBD Plus location in the heart of Oklahoma City's own Little Saigon/Asian District.
