We were…read moretired of what we considered an inordinate amount of dust in our home though so after a lot of research on duct cleaning, and after reading several reviews on NextDoor, we decided to call Wolfcale's for more info. Randy Wolfcale provided me with indepth information on how he cleans the ducts and sent me a copy of his business insurance paperwork. I, also, checked that he is licensed in Florida and called Seniors Vs Crimes and they had no reports on him. Anyway, he was significantly less expensive than a quote that I'd received from a major company...but , he, also, wasn't one of those whole house $79 specials that we were leery of. We decided to go with Wolfcale's. He showed up early and invited us to view all phases of the cleaning so we could see what he was doing and could see ourselves all the dust, etc. We were stunned by how much dust was in our vents! He was here for five hours so he's definitely not some in/out/grab your $ type of charlatan. Randy was extremely professional, thorough and cleaned up after himself. At no point did we feel like we were being scammed or that he was doing damage to our ducting. We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned.
