Staff were clear and friendly in helping me schedule the service, and my three weeks worth of laundry was done in a day! With my socks matched! I am incredibly grateful. Winter 2026 rate was $1.50 a pound, plus tax and tip. Upon returning later, an employee named Cookie aggressively approached me. She initiated the interaction with an extremely hostile and nasty attitude, accusing me of lacking "common courtesy." Escalation and Unprofessional Conduct: Cookie's Aggression:** Instead of de‑escalating, Cookie became more confrontational, insisting on arguing for roughly 20 minutes just to "get the last word."
