I had my washers finished, looking for dryers was horrible. There was two customers it looked they worked for a hotel had most of the dryers in use. They were saving dryers for the rest of their sheets. I found three dryers so I placed some clothes to save while I got my others washers. A female employee asked if they were my dryers I was not allowed to save dryers I let her know other two females were doing it too so why wasn't I allowed to do it she said because they are regulars and I'm not.. She doesn't even know if I come there often. I did not get her name but there was another male employee working with her. It happened around 7:30pm. i've been coming here for quite a while. I want to say about a year now and every time I come the employees (patty & elsa ) are supper sweet and attentive, always greet me and always are attentive. This area is super clean spotless and there is a bunch of carts . Wednesday they have specials half off for the washers I always come and take advantage of specials. This place is open 24hrs and have coffee. Also, they are very clean and their machines are also clean and clean the clothes very good and their dryers dry the clothes. They also have deals on washers on certain days and times and that is great. The prices are very cheap compare to many other places and the lady on monday morning was very nice and helpful. They play music and they also multiple flat screen TVs if you want to watch your fave sports. U won't get bored. They also have vending machine /water stations for alkaline or regular it's AquaVida. They have gigantic washer and dryer like brand new stuff. State of d art from small to huge washers. Makes your life easy peasy. We don't wash our clothes at home lol although we have washer/dryer. This location is in Broadway after J street. They open 24/7. They have night owl specials 12am-4am. I highly recommend this laundromat good parking and vending machines for your detergent needs. I always sit in my car to wait for my cycles to be completed, always have my windshield visor on...mind you my sister and I are minding our own business watching a show on my tablet when ERICK comes up to my vehicle demanding us to remove the visor because it is not allowed. Urging the owner to get security to patrol early mornings and late nights for the safety of customers and his staff. Keep it clean and free of dust. Upkeep the maintainance. Post customer feedback boxes. Had an encounter where someone walked in and began to yell obsenities toward staff and customers. It would be nice if there was security to escort him out. He seemed dangerous. Had some inquiries for the owner about the buisness he called me but he gave me a number I couldnt leave a message on. Im sure he is busy but it would have been nice if he made an effort to connect I spends 100s in this establishment. Missing a star due to poor housekeeping dirty counters, window ledges, dusty dirty stools we have to touch and stand on to put detergent in the washer, strange activity in the parking lot that staff and customers shouldnt have to deal with. I love coming to this laundromat! They Daily deals & perks and they are short people friendly with providing steps to pour in your detergent. Super high tech compared to other laundry places I've been. And even better they are 24/7!! I work late and rarely have time to make it before others close so it's awesome that this place is available. The staff is friendly and always available to assist. They have a good amount of outlets so I can study while waiting for my laundry. They have great sized laundry carts. Their vending machine works even with using the laundry card as most don't. I've never been in a laundry facility that is so modern and basically Cash Free until today... To start this place is Clean, every machine was well maintained and free of debris inside. Now they only have about 4 maybe 6 of the old machines other than that they're all the front load drum style. Now this place is huge but because of the big machines it seems like there's not as many as I would expect but it works out. They have vending machines for drinks, snacks and laundry need (sizes are smaller than store bought but bigger than other laundromats) but they are a bit on the high side of cost but in a bind it's there! So as I said this place is basically cash free, in order to do laundry you must get a wash card(like we need another card to add to our lives‍) it says free but changes $1 to get it but that $1 goes towards usage. Washing was easy but when it came to drying it got tricky because it didn't let me choose time length and went back to insert card then showed 6mins then back to insert card then to temp, back to insert card and then said push start. I felt like I was over charged having to swipe my card so many times to end up with 8 mins! I couldn't find the working person to help me because so many women were there talking to each other. When I finally seen someone sweeping I was already done with my laundry. Do I recommend, Yes Defiantly! Of course I went on a day that had none of their special offers but I was able to get a free cup of coffee that's self serve. They have TVs, music and it's a clean and open facility. Like I mentioned the issue was never the business but the 3 interactions I had with 3 different individuals which were other customers (which it only takes 1 awful person from thousands of great customers to sour things). My washer broke down at home so I was in desperate need of finding a good laundromat to do all of my laundry at. I looked up places near to me on Yelp and this location was at the top. I tried finding a location closer to Eastlake but doesn't seem like laundromats are a hit in that area. Too bougie for a laundromat? Maybe! Anyhow, I came to this location for the first time on a Tuesday morning. It was before 9am. Parking lot was empty and plenty of washers and carts available to transport your laundry inside. It's a big location and very clean. It seems that there is always someone here cleaning, which is awesome. The pricing is reasonable, in my opinion. If you come early before 9am, you get 25% off front load washers M-F. If you come on Wednesday you can get up to 40% off washers (all day). I had a great first experience! I had to come back the next day (Wednesday) to do some other laundry and that was a little different experience. I came later, maybe around noon, and the parking was almost full. Washers weren't really available. And the crowd was... well a little trashy. Thankfully I just had to wash and took my clothes to dry at home. My recommendation is to get here early! The crowd in the early AM is nice. Elderly people, working folk, parents, early risers, etc. Maybe I'll try again on a Wednesday early AM to see if that's the best day to come. Not taking any stars off because the business can't help the type of people that come in. Overall great establishment! Well it finally happened and my washing machine has decided to just give us error codes and other excuses not to work. So in the middle of a load we had somehow extract the wet clothes from the locked machine. the next best thing is that laundry time was at 11:30pm on a Sunday night. So what's a guy to do? Well he looks up on Yelp where there is a 24 hour laundromat. There were several, but only a few in Chula Vista. I decided to just wait till the Monday 6am in the morning instead. I walk in and the place has just about 6 people in there doing laundry. It has about 3 TV mounted to the wall and loud Spanish radio playing on the speakers. There are several sizes of washers and dryers, from single to 5 loads of laundry machines. The same goes for the dryers, different sizes so you can pick the right one for you laundry load. The place is clean and the attendant, Laura is amazing, super friendly and nice. She was there and always ready to help, and asked me every step of the way if i needed help. When I was getting a card, then when about to do a wash, then if i needed help to use the dryers. Also if you come and do your laundry after 12am to 3am you get like a 30% discount on prices. There are also a lot of free prizes if you come a lot to do laundry. YOu do have to use a reloadable card to use the machines. Not bad, and I must have done something wrong, as I had to pay $1 for the card, even though it says it's free. So in conclusion, if you need to do laundry at anytime during the day or night, this is a fun place to come in and do it. The minute I walked into Supreme Clean Laundry I was greeted by Elsa, one of the attendants at the laundry mat. She was very friendly, had a great attitude, very professional and I felt very welcomed. She took the time to explain the procedures to use the laundry mat (washers, dryers, and card machine). As a team member of the laundry mat she had excellent customer service and goes above and beyond for her customers. I could tell she loved serving and delighting customers. The laundry mat was immaculate (every where I looked - washers, dryers bathrooms, floors, and trash cans). You could tell that the people working here treated this place as they would their own homes. I cannot say enough about Supreme Clean Laundry, go see for yourself! First time coming to this laundromat it's a cool different way of doing Landry but not for me, because they don't use coins got to put everything in a card they give you then deposit into that card to use for wash/dry. To get free taco, ice cream ect. That they advertise on the pictures on here you got to keep putting money into the card to get "rewards" so technically it's not free your paying for it lol. "Smart Business tactic" But the only thing is free is coffee that's nice! But what really matters is the washer and dryer how it cleans the clothing ect. I used almost every load 2-5 Smaller the washer it's a lot water it's super good cleaning everything but once it's larger loads the water it's less water to wash everything. Plus side the dryers are amazing! Worker is helpful but cleaning they try there best with one person working doing everything. read more
