The solution: Supreme Clean Laundry I chose the right spot because I was told it has the biggest washer/dryer machines available in San Diego! Eight load washers and dryers for affordable prices. I loved that the staff was happy to be working with each other. The spot has plenty of counter space for folding and organization. The machines are adequately updated to this century (unlike the ones offered in typical apartment amenities). The staff members I met spoke fluent English and Spanish. The biggest convenience, in my opinion, was the space in the washers and dryers. It allowed me to do my laundry faster and cleaner than I could have pictured. With the large size of the washers and dryers it takes less effort to get my clothes cleaned the right way with less money. With the right products, I am able to complete my laundry effortlessly. Not only did they teach me about how to complete my laundry faster, more logically and saved me time to be home with my dog and not doing a chore; but I learned something new about taking care of my clothes and I had fun doing it! In my opinion, the ultimate secret to clean laundry is just listening to the professionals. The team members Laura, one of the attendants was so patient and knowledgeable about the washers and dryers, the Laundry card, the points system, and most importantly various eco-friendly treatment options for particular fabrics and colors. I liked the fact there was a free laundry card and no quarters. You load money from your debit or credit card and the points system is used towards prizes and food like tacos, tamales, and various prizes related to Disney and Playstation. I plan to come back soon for Supreme Taco Tuesday for just the tacos and bring the laundry lol! I was more or less impressed by the staff eager to promote the business and shine a light on a new local hangout for those who also need to be responsible adults. Next time I need to do laundry and it's not Taco Tuesday, i'd like to try their services for wash & fold. For $1.00 a pound for clothes ready to be picked up the next morning. For $2.25 you can get a same day service. I am positive they will take care of you like they did with me. Laura and Jay made me feel as if I was doing laundry in the comfort of my own home. They both helped save my favorite clothes and expensive sheets and I am grateful. Truthfully I am rating 5/5 is because of location. I live in Pacific beach and sometimes I would like to be home with my dog doing laundry. This was an accidental finding and I was so pleasantly surprised by meeting Jay. My washer broke down at home so I was in desperate need of finding a good laundromat to do all of my laundry at. I looked up places near to me on Yelp and this location was at the top. I tried finding a location closer to Eastlake but doesn't seem like laundromats are a hit in that area. Too bougie for a laundromat? Maybe! Anyhow, I came to this location for the first time on a Tuesday morning. It was before 9am. Parking lot was empty and plenty of washers and carts available to transport your laundry inside. It's a big location and very clean. It seems that there is always someone here cleaning, which is awesome. The pricing is reasonable, in my opinion. If you come early before 9am, you get 25% off front load washers M-F. If you come on Wednesday you can get up to 40% off washers (all day). I had a great first experience! I had to come back the next day (Wednesday) to do some other laundry and that was a little different experience. I came later, maybe around noon, and the parking was almost full. Washers weren't really available. And the crowd was... well a little trashy. Thankfully I just had to wash and took my clothes to dry at home. My recommendation is to get here early! The crowd in the early AM is nice. Elderly people, working folk, parents, early risers, etc. Maybe I'll try again on a Wednesday early AM to see if that's the best day to come. Not taking any stars off because the business can't help the type of people that come in. Overall great establishment! The business owner, Ray, continues to harass me because I left an unfavorable review previously. I initially offered to remove or update the negative review if conditions improved the next time I went to his laundromat. But that wasn't enough for Ray. He blasted my personal phone for an entire day, beginning at 6am. I never provided my personal phone number to this business. I explained if he contacted me one more time, I would report him to yelp. It stopped until last night, when he co tasted me again via yelp, again trying to guilt me into changing my review. Never in my life have I met such an insane business owner. If you leave negative feedback, be prepared to be harassed. I am standing my ground now because of this insane harassment. Had he simply asked if he could fix the problem and allow me to go back when I could, I'd have gladly removed it. But he called and texted nonstop, ultimately looking at his security video to describe how I was conducting myself in the laundromat, down to what I was wearing, to claim it looked like an ordinary day. Newsflash: you cannot detect odor on a video. It was the creepiest interaction I have ever had in my life. Do not trust the stars on this business because I am sure most people would have succumbed and removed their reviews after this kind of harassment. This place is amazing. Not only is it the number one most affordable laundromat it has state of the art machines that sterilize between users!! Also there are always available washers and dryers and staff that genuinely seem to care about being accessible. Every time I have gone, there has been a staff member that has gone out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. My favorite thing is the super large 13 load washers that enable me to get all my laundry and linens done at once. What an amazing time saver! Who doesn't need more time? In addition to being the most time and money efficient, the place itself is beautiful and relaxing with the perfect blend of music playing and fans blowing. This eliminates the nasty stagnant air most laundromats have. There is ample seating with plenty of outlets for charging. There is free coffee and donuts in the morning. They have taco Tuesdays and ice cream Thursdays! The owners are just the kind of neighbors one would want. Honestly, this laundromat is more like a salon than a laundromat. There is a vibe there of art and community and it's wonderful. Highly recommend it! a laundry mat that actually opened 24/7 is a great perk. depending on the employee it can be clean . most of the employees will help you if you need it . some are just hard to find . the discounts in the mornings are great if you get to catch em. on tuesdays ,they have a taco truck thats pretty good. they used to give out chicken tacos but now its just potatoes or beans ,if you have a ticket to get a free plain taco. aside from that they do have more food options . On thursdays they have free ice cream but the employees have to give you the free ticket. if you get to the Laundromat in the mornings ,they offer coffee and sometimes donuts. aas youre washing/dryig they have tables where you can sit and wait. they also have a bathroom and three vending machines .one for soaps /second for drinks and the other one for snacks. they have a sort of different size washers. that vary from 2 load washes/3 load washes/5 load washes/7 load washes /up to 14 loads. the dryers are regular size ,aside from a few huge ones and most of them do get the job done. the last two times I've gone i have noticed that the dryers arent as powerful as they used to be. To start off this place should get 10 stars ! It is really clean, nice music and great tv shows while you wash. You get a card to load money and wash and even buy chips or drinks. Every time you wash here with them you accumulate points ( different prizes. One of them is they pay your rent for one month!) what place would do this?! Look at the pictures below they offer 25% off certain days certain times they're open 24 hours they're in laundry attendance for the most part are so helpful and being able to meet needs when necessary. You can earn points for free food from the taco truck to which I've enclosed a picture free ice cream on Thursdays to what I'm doing today! It's really great especially for those of us who are single parents and we have to bring our kids to the laundromat and we get to treat them to a special tree because oftentimes we're struggling from having to choose what we want and what we need and this gives an opportunity for us to give our children to treat! Not to mention treat ourselves!!!! The bottom line is that customer service isn't always what it seems to be and isn't what it used to be that's for sure. However, they got 14 load washers and it only cost $17.99 for the hot cycle. Phenomenal laundromat! I was hesitant about going to a laundromat w/ my 4 kids in tow but the attendant working, Vivian, was amazing and oh so patient with them and some little messes they made. Now, let me talk about the machines. Imagine 3 king sized comforters, 2 twin comforters and 16, YES 16, medium to large blankets all washing in 1 machine! Yes, you read that right, ONE machine. It was a 14 load for a little over $13. Now, mind you, I usually use the "soiled" program on top of a regular wash but there was no need because the machine was still only 3/4 full, therefore leaving enough space! My mind was blown. Don't even get me started on the dryers. OMG! The largest ones are 75 cents for 8 minutes. I threw the 16 blankets in for 16 minutes and THEY WERE COMPLETELY DRY! In only 16 freaking minutes!! The facility was extremely clean. Attendants were roaming around the facility cleaning and helping people. I will definitely come here again!!!! read more

This is not only the cleanest laundromat I have ever stepped foot in, it is probably the cleanest public business/building I have ever been in. I'm talking hospitals , doctors offices, you name it. I was very impressed with everything about this place. At 2:30 am the guy that was "on duty" didn't stop. He was very friendly, and I'm calling it , he was a cleaning machine ! Even though I rarely go to the laundromat, and this one happens to be about 15 miles from home, I will still come here the next time I need to have access to more than one washer and dryer at a time. Cant say enough good things about the place. Here's one more , the dryers actually dried my items, most of them in just one 25 cent cycle. The heavier stuff, I.e. towels , comforter, hoodies, we're done and completely dry with two quarters. With a variety of different televisions to watch and free coffee I challenge anybody to show me a better laundromat , anywhere! read more

I honestly love coming to this laundromat. It's super clean, really spacious, and the machines always leave my clothes smelling fresh and looking great. They use good soap too--like Tide and Ariel--so I never worry about how my laundry will turn out. One of my favorite things is "Free Soap Thursday." If you load $20 on your laundry card, they give you a free bag of detergent, and if you do $60, you get a whole bottle. It's such a nice little bonus, especially if you do laundry often like I do. Since my review , I was reached out to communicate on the issues I expressed on the review. They made sure to express the steps/actions in place AND being taken to make sure their customers feel safe. I appreciate the effort made to contact me to fix this and have a better understanding of my experience. Like I mentioned the issue was never the business but the 3 interactions I had with 3 different individuals which were other customers (which it only takes 1 awful person from thousands of great customers to sour things).
