We found that other lenders were unable to deliver the kind of assistance we needed. Through Nelva and her underwriters, we were able to refinance our loan and get rid of our PMI in under a year. We called Nelva to see if she could help and naturally, it was a matter of a little investigation, but the criteria that needed to be met was rather easy for our particular situation. Nelva helped us through every step and explained anything we questioned. There was a little snafu in the end concerning closing costs. January 2015 regulations changed and the interpretation was vague. Allowing, it seemed, for lenders holding notes to request one thing and yet something else was suppose to be the rule. What ever the outcome was, Nelva held fast to what she told us, letting us know that if any extra cash was needed, her company would come to the table for us. WOW. Customer service at it's ultimate very best. Sticking by one's word is not the norm, especially in real estate. Excuses or exceptions are generally given. They again and again try to sell mortgage product which i was not interested in From the very first minute, I could not get answers to basic house buying questions and every time i have been asked to refer to recorded presentation of theirs. This childish play continued in later calls as well ,there was no effort made for clarifying client questions. Treating client respectfully is way too much expectation from this business I already had property selected and was looking for expert help on contract and negotiations with the seller.This duo did not do any market research and did not help me to save single penny. On top of it i lost any negotiation chance that i had due to their commission Renuka told me not to get any clarification for my genuine property related specific questions to seller since as per her it would upset the seller, lol, what a broker!!! After first ever only property visit Renuka did not returned my call, messages, email since she got herself registered for the commission. Renuka did not show up for final deal with seller which was decided week in advance.Her husband Amit called at the appointment time and asked to change the date Amit offered commission rebate in very first discussion which he denied at the closing and asked to sign a contract to stop my ability to review his business anywhere and on internet You may refer his email message here. To give agreed upon commission , he wants me to sign contract to not to review his business in public Amit Inamdar wrote "I do not want to have you bad month us, like you did and asked for 60% commission back. Settlement agreement covers what everyone wants. We need written agreement, to give agreed upon commission back. We need agreement in writing to avoid further issues." I started looking into refinance early in August as the rate keeps dropping and would like to take Advantage of the low interest rate. A few banker friends referred a few brokers and Stella is among one of them. I work with all of them simultaneously requesting daily updates on the interest rate. I was aiming at a no point no cost low interest rate refinance for 30yrs fixed mortgage. This is hard to get because I wanted to prevent multiple hard credit inquiries with different lenders at the same time hoping the rate would drop lower. Without the hard credit inquiry one cannot locked the interest rate for the refinance. I missed a short window to lock the rate in August. Coming into September, Stella convinced me to have all documents ready and do the hard credit pull while waiting for the my target rate. The stock market tanked in early September and the opportunity emerged for the rate drop. On Sep 9th, target rate appeared and she informed me and decisively locked the rate for me for 30days and my refinance is closed with quicken loan(one of the lenders the broker works with) on Oct 5. I am very pleased because Stella and her team is on top of things and answered all my questions timely. Stella is also the expert at what she does and I felt confident my refinance would get done timely. I also felt so lucky to get the rate because the interest rate started recovering shortly after that with no sign of coming down.
